Not much. As far as I can tell, Wally shouldn't have amnesia. The procedures the doctors took should have minimized any sort of brain damage or blood clots. Someone did something to his temporal lobe before Iris and Bigby found him. Furthermore, someone looted the vault before Saturday. Wally may or may not have known about it before the attack. That's all I've got right now.

Someone did something to his temporal lobe before Iris and Bigby found him. Furthermore, someone looted the vault before Saturday. Wally may or may not have known about it before the attack. That's all I've got right now.
It's possible that his powers themselves triggered the amnesia. What would work great for say, me, may not work for him because his brain works much faster.
What makes you think the vault was looted beforehand?
