I guess that is pretty bad weight wise I'm 6'3 about 150lb so I need to eat more. I'll start workin out though when I get a car

I am just underweight.. and it doesn't help that I am constantly hungry ..

I should have been at school 15 mins ago, But my friend is giving me a ride so I gotta wait on his late a**. I PT sometimes Maybe like 2 times every 2 weeks. All I do is run like 4 miles and lifts a couple of weight and push ups.
I think push ups are the msot useful if youdon't have high enough weights.
