Kiki sulked in his embrace and brought her head up;though she couldn't face him. The gloomy look in her eyes matched her flushed face. She was a little too out of it to say anything. How could I do such a thing?I can't on living like this..

He nuzzled her softly and looked at her, then down at the ground sadly.
"Look, it wasn't your fault. It was him, all him. He was controlling you. Don't blame yourself..." He sighed and held her tightly. "I wish I had been in a better state before... I would have taken you away from him..."

She winced again. "I can never be free from him! He's always finds me!" Kiki began to cry on him softly.Past events could prove her point. Each time she tried to run away somehow he'd find her. And the things he did to punish her had made her stay longer. Like a reminder.

"No. Not this time. This time, He won't get you." He lifted her chin lightly and made her look into his eyes. "This time, He'll find me in his way. And I won't stop till he's dead. I'll protect you from him." He nodded confidently, his eyes shimmering with compassion.

I walked around the park hearing what was going on...so i walked towards the people talking to each other or fighting i was not sure...as i walked closer and kept my left hand on my sheth and my right on my katanas handle

"This?" he said his ears perking up as if in suprise. "36 hours with rest. More if I keep fighting." He snickered to himself as if there was an inside joke and he wrapped his paws around her. "I'm going to need some new cloths." he muttered with a grin.

"Please don't!!" She forced her head down. "He'll kill you! That's what he did last time.." That's the only reason she was holding back from anyone. Never let anyone get too close. "Please,Dusk, don't help me.." Ki tried to push him away with mixed emotions.

"He won't kill me. I promise." He looked sad, bursting to say how he felt about her. "Ki'lin, come to Club FM. I can protect you there. He won't ever suspect you're there..."

She gave out a tired sigh. "Alright.." It was some hope in this; she had to try something. Kiki moved to wipe the tears from her cheeks and gave Dusk a thankful hug. "I'll have to start pulling my weight around if I have to run from him." She smiled in a giddy way.
