Iri stops in her tracks, her expression shocked. "Whoa. That's a lot to happen in one day. The part about being attacked doesn't phase me much. I mean, ninja have to be ready for that anyway, right? But how did you manage to blow up your own dojo, Seph?"
To Nyl she thinks, "True, that. As for how it's coming, I think it's coming along nicely. I also think I figured out one way to fix that problem about attracting too much air. It might have just been a fluke, but I think I take optimism over the odds this time."

The girl looks toward the ceiling, imaging a chunk of a dojo's top popping off. She can't help but laugh a little. Surely her amusement communicates itself through the mental link. "Cocoa would be nice, if we have any. I appreciate it, Seph!"
Iri steps into the kitchen, giving a small, polite bow to the occupents of the room. Then she takes a seat.

Seph slipped into the kitchen and smiled at Iri. "What have you been up to while I've been on an extended leave of absence, Iri?" He moved to the cupboards and pulled down packets of hot Cocoa.
"Oh, do you want marshmallows?"

Iri's eyes light up at the thought of marshmallows. "We have those? Heck yes! Please!" Then she grins and says, "I've been trying to get down a technique Nyl taught me. It's interesting compared to what else I've done so far."

"I might pose the same question to you, Nyl," He said as he took down a few mugs, "if I thought I'd get an answer." He turned his head an grinned playfully at her before returning to the mugs and cocoa. "I was out looking for someone." The tone in his voice was telling, but not to many.
Out of the corner of his eye, he realized someone he didn't know was in the room as well. How he'd missed him in the first place, he wasn't sure. He took off his specs and set them down, to get a better look at the newcomer.
"Hey there! Ah, you want some hot cocoa?"

"Marshmallows, coming up. A new technique, eh? Which one?"

-=Kakuro took a step forward and stopped suddenly....his face was full of confusion.....This is the encounter he had been hoping for, but found he know was filled with dread.....His earlier inhibitions rose quickly, clouding his mind.....He knew Seph had seen him during his outbreak,.....and he knew he had not made a good first impression....
Kakuro was full of hesitation as he watched the small group gather around the kitchen,....He did not even know what he waould say to the man....=-

After wandering around outside for a while Lina headed inside and looked around, hearing people in the kitchen. She turned and walked over silently, hoping not to intrude.

Iri looks over at Kakuro for a moment. A new face! New to her at least. She should really try to introduce herself to other students more often. Not now, though. Some other time.

Seph smiled, putting down the mugs in his hand and holding his right hand out to shake. "The name's Sephiroth Eric Giddeon Mousser. But most people around here call me Seph. I'm sure I've seen you around, but I don't think I ever caught your name."
He noticed, also, another woman at the kitchen door. He turned his head and, without trying to be rude to the first person he was greeting, smiled at her. "Come on in, we're making hot cocoa if you'd like some!"

Lina walked in and sat down, looking around a bit. "Cocoa would be great" she said smiling, her tail sweeping back and forth in a happy manner.
