Adam squints as Brian gets pulled under in front of him, before his eyes widen and he banks hard to the left. One of the attacking pokemon breaks the water underneath him and snaps it's jaws menacingly. "Do a barrel roll~" Adam quips, pulling out a pokeball for the fight.

*I jump on the shore of the gym island as I watch the two water dragons give Intimidating stares*
Me: Here we go again...
*The Red Gyrados goes in with a Thrash, and Gyrados yells out in pain*
Me: Respond with a Stone Edge!
*Gyrados sends a bunch of pointed rocks at Red Gyrados, and it misses*
Me: Crap.
*Red Gyrados continues its thrashing, and Gyrados looks hurt*
Me: Try it again!
*This time, the stones do hit, and Red Gyrados winces*
*Red Gyrados stops thrashing, looks around slightly confused, and then goes in for a Giga Impact, KOing Gyrados*
Me: Darn it. Return.
*Gyrados is recalled in a pale red beam*
Me: Electivire, go!
*Electivire comes on out*
*Red Gyrados recharges*
Me: Thunderbolt.
*Electivire lets out a powerful blast of lightning, that doesn't do much damage, but I wasn't expecting it to*
*Red Gyrados hurts itself in confusion*
Me: Finish it.
*Red Gyrados goes down after another Thunderbolt*

Just before Christian was about to start the battle, Mind came out and teleported Christian away. That's when Christian remembered he had to be somewhere.

Adam released his choice, Cherokee. The clairvoyant bird opted to hover over the water as opposed to exercising it's wings for flight, and Adam called for it's first attack, "Psychic!"
The Xatu glowed a brighter shade of blue, smashing the Sea Serpent into the water over and over, reminiscent of a certain cartoon dog. The Gyrados retaliated with a brutal Twister attack, whipping up the waves and sending Cherokee flipping backwards before the bird could steady itself once more.
"Air Cutter!" Adam called next, his Xatu manipulating the winds to send a slash of air back at it's opponent. The Leviathan cringes, but rears back quickly, opening it's maw and firing a massive Hyper Beam at Cherokee, downing the bird as Adam recalled it.
"Good job buddy, Let's finish this Epsilon!" He called, releasing his Scyther. Epsilon clinked it's twin scythes together, glaring as Adam issued a command for an X-Scissor attack. The Bug type obeyed, buzzing in at the Gyrados' face and delivering the attack as the serpent recharged. Another X-Scissor and the beast was down for the count.
"Good work Eps," Adam said, turning to his fellow Aquans.

Memo' eyes widen as his Feraligatr also gets dragged under by the tail of a Red Gyrados. "Ahh!" They resurface and Memo recalls Catelynn through a whistle from his mouth. The Skarmory comes bursting in with grat speed to fly by Memo's side as he stayed afloat on Matsudai. "Ok, Catelynn! Charm up!" Skarmory(Catelynn) VS Red Gyrados
"Catelynn use Iron Defense!"
Memo noticed the Gyrados forming an Aqua Tail in the water and he knew that a buffed up Skarmory stood a better chance. Just then as Catelynn raised her defense and was glossy a rumbling Aqua Tail came out from under her knocking her into the roof of the cave.
"Ah!"
The boy then noticed all the rocks that fell from the impact.
"That's it! Drill Peck!"
Memo's Skarmory quickly regained her ground and came crashing down on the rocks that were falling as well to break them them and eventually catch the rock shards in the air vacuum to combine the Drill Peck with sharp rocks to deal massive damage!
"Go!"
Catelynn landed the hit cleanly and pushed the Gyrados back into the water. The Gyrados was preparing a Flamethrower! Matsudai and Memo caught this by diving underwater to keep an eye on the pokemon. The quickly came back out and ordered a Sand Attack. Catelynn went to the rocks and made quick work of them as she pecked and clawed to launch a massive amount of debris into the water, clouding tyhe Gyrados' accuracy and missing it's target. It was forced to come out of the water and Memo took advantage of this.
"X Scissor Drill!"
Catelynn let out a powerful cry and spread her wings out to launch a Drill Peck. As she tackled the Gyrados with the attack she finished it up with closing her wings in on it with an X Scissor that forced the Gyrados to the wall, knocking it out.

Kai left then, jumping on Sharpedo and quickly making his way to Sootopolis. There was a red gyrados in the corner of the lake. Kai took otu a Pokeball. "I guess I'll jsut take this one?"

Ginji surfaces with Wailord as they emerge from the Dive. It just so happens that a Red Gyrados was no beached on top of the giant behemoth with Ginji. "Well, that was unexpected." Ginji stated as Wailord let loose a low growl as Intimidate took its toll on the blue Pokemon's Attack stat.
The Gyarados started off with a Dragon Dance, sending red sparks onto Wailord as its stats increase. Wailord released a Rain Dance to at least set up for what it was planning to do next. Gyarados attacked with a mighty Crunch attack as Wailord held on swiftly with its Focus Sash before using its favorite move. As Ginji caught a glimpse of the color his Pokemon, and the ground he was standing on, was changing, he started booking it to actual land.
The Selfdestruct caused a shock wave that rocketed the Gyarados into the stratosphere. Ginji smirked as he had the upper hand for the time being. Sending out his Choice Scarfed Raichu, who immediately took advantage of the situation and used a Thunder, KOing the Gyarados midflight. It didn't matter that the Pokemon didn't take super effective damage,
The teen smiled as he returned his Pokemon and look at the fallen Red Gyarados, wondering how and why they became that way. "So guys, what'd I miss?"

Kai surfed up to the Gyrados on the back of Sharpedo. Kai had a truckload of electric types, so this battle could potentially be a breeze, although his Pokemon were not potentially Powerfull. Kai versus Red Gyrados! Kai sent out Plusle, The Pokemon standing on Sharpedo's back. Plusle started off with a Charge Beam, zapping the Gyrados and causing it to recoil in pain. Plusle's Special attack stat rose, as Charge Beam's second effect Kicked in. Gyrados summoned up a dangerous twsiter, but Sharpedo surfed out of the way, and Plusle Charged towards Gyrados with Quick Attack, smashing into it's face. The Mouse Pokemon then followed up with a Thunderbolt, dealing great Damage to the Gyrados, who then shut down Plusle with a Crunch, knocking it out. Kai returned Plusle, sending out Electrike. "Use Thunder!" Electrike let out a vicous Thunder, scoring a crtical hit. Gyrados could not take the strain of the powerful chain of powerful hits. But then it bounced back again! It hit electrike with a dragon rage, doign good damage. Electrike fire back with Thunderbolt, and then Quick attack, and Gyrados went down. Kai waited to make sure it fainted. then he returned his Pokemon.

*I see the Gyrados battles quiet down*
Me: Well time to go up.
*I get to the western shore, and then start climbing the city*
Me: Wow, you'd be hard pressed to get fat in this city...
*I brush off some sweat*

Memo climbs onto land and returns his Feraligatr and Skarmory after praising them. He quickly dries off and begins to ascend up the city.
"Eesh...tell me bout it haha."
The boy said as he rested his hands on his head.

Kai returned Sharpedo, and began to scale the city with the others. He also was being winded by the endeavor.
