If it wasn't for Royal Proclamation 8, I would be on that so hard. Last week I tried to pet a horse and the stable hands totally chased me away threatening to have me put in the stocks for breaking that stupid proclamation.
Princess Stephanie had actually- in a pair of stolen breaches- broken into the stable, vaguely succeeded at saddling a horse and rode it for about a dozen yards before the saddle came loose and she was thrown into a hedge.

It is rather... unfortunate that the hysteria surrounding the tragedy that befell the Sheriff's daughter has reached such a pitch, but for the sake of your reputation it would be best for you to guard your opinions, Princess.

I know you're just looking out for me Sir Kane, but I just hate how everyone is telling me how I should be proper and sit here waiting to be some nobleman's prize. I want to live like you, to feel free and alive at every moment.

*Can't suppress the proud grin breaking out on her face and raises a hand to her mouth to cover it from Stephanie. She clears her throat, regaining her composure.*
