It is a pot that you use to pour water through your nose to flush it. The thing works so awesome, after the first use, you might well pass out from over oxygenating yourself - and that is when you are healthy and uncongested.

Oh, okay. A friend of mine is a chiropractor, and he can basically achieve the same effect with pressure points and/or acupuncture. I have rather small nasal passages, so it does not take much for me to get congested. At least I do not have a deviated septum anymore, though. sweatdrop
