Hey guys if any of you are reading this we need to do something about Oto's inactivity. Even posting just once will help if we can get out of this coma and post a bit I'm sure that all of us can break out of this shell and revive Oto a bit, I mean look how well Konoha went. so I'm gonna contact a few people to start making characters, and one of them is deffinatley Cy, I know he's an academy student but he's way active and really comits to things and I know he would love to help so sorry for all the students but honestly any one at all would help this place get ack in the game.
