Anyways... yes... songs are very inspiring... sometimes, when I'm listening to a song, I find myself thinking of a story that could fit the song, usually involving the characters / couple which I happen to be obsessed with at that moment in time.

Same here! For example, I thought of a great idea involving some FE characters and a bunch of random songs. xD;;; It was going to be like a musical, but I scratched that idea.

Well, I did wrote a FE songfic before. It's about Sain trying to teach Kent about courtship. The link is in the fanfiction contest that I'd entered long ago. I've came in second because I didn't make a good impact at the end. sweatdrop But I wanted to show them what's the irony of what Kent learned. sweatdrop

A songfic is a Fanfiction, that revolves around a song of somsort.
Generally the beggining lyrics are posted before the story begins and then are thrown in the story throughout until it's end. And generally some repeating lyrics are put at the end to prove what ever meaning the song gave to the entire story as a whole.
Generally songfics have a higher chance of being more morbid then other fanfiction.
