balance the colors,
you may want to remove that red thing on your mouth and add some white stuffs to match the hair color and add some of that gold color if you like

some of the colors don't match, and it seems like you need some more maroon/dark red color near the bottom of your avi.
maybe some red shoes?

everything ties in well. but i'm not a big fan of boy avvies wearing skirts, they make guy avatar's legs look weird.

The colors are picked out nicely, but it looks like there isn't quite enough black to compliment the wings and the gloves. Perhaps black shoes, but otherwise, it's pretty nice and simple.
