Whitefang saw 4 lil foot prints heading towards Evalon "hmm i ave an idea "he rose his hand up "mud rain" mud flew everywhere over 2 of the gremlins heading towards Evalon some lil blades stuck out of his arms he ran just disappeared and reappeared in the same spot the upper half of the gremlins slide off the bottom on the ground with blood squirting out. there was one left but whitefang couldnt see or sence him anywhere "i dont like this where could it b" whitefang looked around everywhere for it but still couldnt see it. "Neo can you detect it." "Evalon i want you to send out some roots all over the land to catch it i dunno what it might do"

oki i think i see it whitefang to charge up some ice as well but a lil force field around him then he crouched down and burts up ice flew everywhere around it. some ice peirced threw the wings and the gremlin fell to the ground bit it was hardly hurt hmmm i think this is gunna be a hard one to destroy

A man, dressed from head to foot in black robes and shrouded in shadow walked to the group.
"Interesting. I will need to be more careful with my pets..."

The robes melted away and thats when they noticed, the robes were shadows. He had a pasty white complexion and his eyes were a starteling shade of ice blue. He frowned slightly and waved a hand. The gremlin stood up and angrily waved his tiny fist in the air. Morik laughed.
"Look, I think he likes you"

Morik looked over and frowned slightly
"You seem weakened. Your powers are strong, but they tax your strength. Interesting..."
He dropped to one knee and put his hand on the wound. A mass of black matter formed around the wound and sealed it shut.
"What type of power do you control?"

Morik pulled a black diamond from his bag, as well as a block of metal and what appeared to be a mechanical eye. His right eye vanished as the shadow eye dissipated, and he inserted the mechanical one. A small cutting tool extended from one of his mechanical fingers and he cut the metal into fine links. He attached the diamond by its elongated point and squezed it tight in his hand. It turned a deep green and it glowed softly.
"This gem is keyed to your soul and powers, it will only work for you. As long as you wear this, it will amplify your powers, as well as your spiritual energy. Your spells and magical powers will no longer weaken you, and as long as you are close to untainted nature, your powers will increase even further"

"Yes. The chain is solid obderanium, and is one of the hardest metals known to mortals."
He smiled and laughed.
"The gremlin was sent to this city to test it's people. I have come to aid the city of Riverrun. I am Morik Draven. It is a pleasure to meet you"

"Because I understand the feeling. I grew up with two brothers, and all we had was each other. You have great potential, and I hate to see people struggle with their own special gift"
He smiled, revealing his ivory fangs.
