Vairocana sighed as she walked out of the basement. She turned to close the door and when she turned around she bumped into something. Or someone.

Yami Bakura couldn't take the pain that was running through him as he looked down at Vairocana. His eyes had turned a dark red as he tried to control his hunger. "I'm... sorry." He rasped before biting down on her neck for the second time that night.

Vairocana wanted to scream as she felt her life slipping away with every second Yami Bakura drank her blood. Holding back on her scream she closed her eyes tightly wishing the pain would go away. Her legs shook unable to keep herself standing. About to fall she felt Yami Bakura clutch her back so he could still drink her blood.

Yami Bakura released his hold on Vairocana and his eyes changed back to their normal color. "No!" He cried when he saw what had happened. Vairocana's eyes were closed like she were sleeping. Shaking her a little and getting no response he thought she was dead. "Vairocana quick you need to drink some of my blood." Taking one of his claws he swiftly ran it over his arm making a cut. Blood began to ooze out as he tried to get Vairocana to stand up. Using his good harm to hold her up he used his other hand to open her mouth. Setting the bleeding cut onto her lips he watched as the blood flowed into her mouth. Vairocana stirred a little after the crimson liquid ran down her throat. Sighing in relief Yami Bakura picked her up and headed towards her room. "I hope you can endure the pain of changing into a vampire." He said softly walking up the stairs.

Vairocana was tossing in pain. She was curled up in a ball trying to stop the feeling that was coursing through her body. Vairocana let out a scream as she tried to make the pain go away. Tears came to her closed eyes and began to spill out. Sobbing she clutched her legs with her arms. She tossed and turned again coming close to falling off her bed now and then. "Make it stop! Please make it stop!" She screamed trying to find the exact source of the pain. "Why does it hurt?"

Ryou heard Vairocana screamed and ran into her room. Seeing Easarue he decided to ask her. "What's going on? It looks like she's transforming into a vampire."

Yami Bakura clutched his head his hands covering his ears as he tried to block out the screams. Heading towards the back door he prayed that Vairocana would make it through the transformation. Opening the door he let go of his head and bolted into the night trying to get away from the house. The screams still rang in his head even as he tried to block them out.

Ryou walked over to Easarue and put a hand on her shoulder. "Hey. Are you okay? What's wrong?"

Vairocana let out an ear piercing scream which made Ryou suddenly clap his hands over his ears. She thrashed around once more before she finally stopped and became extremely still.

Yami Bakura stumbled in midrun when he heard Vairocana's scream. He wasn't to far from his home but he could feel some connection that was telling him what was going on. Suddenly he felt everything go quiet and he began to panic. "No. No not again. i can't have killed her!" Yami Bakura felt so confused once again. He had said he despised humans because of his past but now he actually cared for one he bit.

Vairocana's eyes shot open as she took in a huge breath like she had been underwater. She sat up quickly gasping for breath her eyes wide. "So...much...pain..." She said between large breaths.

Yami Bakura looked at Easarue sadly. "So she didn't make it?"

Ryou nearly had a heart attack when he saw Vairocana breathing. Running to her he picked her up and hugged her. "YOU'RE ALIVE!" He shouted happily crushing her to him. "You scared us all when you went silent. Don't ever do that again!"

Vairocana squirmed within Ryou's tight grip. "Ryou. Your crushing my ribs." She said still struggling.

"Oh sorry." Ryou said letting her go. "But why did you fall so silent?"

"When Yami Bakura bit me I fell into a sleeplike state because of the pain. But I guess during the transformation I had a dream. Basically it consisted of me falling while being pierced with unknown objects. It was so dark I couldn't see anything at all. Then I was swallowed up by a roaring sea and I couldn't breathe at all. I didn't know which way was up and I couldn't breathe, I couldn't scream, I couldn't do anything. Then I heard Easarue and it sounded like she was crying and telling me something. I followed her voice and when I broke through the surface of the water I woke up." Vairocana said shivering her now red eyes holding a slight hint of fear in them. "Where is Easarue?"

"She ran off when you stopped breathing and screaming. We thought you were dead."

"Oh no!" Vairocana jumped out the window and took off heading in the same direction Easarue ran. 'I hope she isn't far.'

Vairocana stopped at an intersection and turned her head around quickly. She was panicing just wondering how far two of the three people who really cared for had gone to. "Yami Bakura!" she shouted to the wind which seemed to have come out of no where. "Easarue!" She crumpled to the ground leaning against a light post. Pulling her knees to her chest she began to cry.

Bio:

Betsy is Vairocana's younger sister. However, the two never met because Betsy was adopted after Vairocana's disappearance. When she was cleaning out the attic she found photos of Vairocana that had been hidden away in a far corner. Asking her new parents who the girl was they told her some dead person they once knew. She had watched their expressions sensing their dishonesty because she was already a vampire having been turned while at the orphanage. Betsy then went to her neighbors who told her what they knew about Vairocana. They told her that Vairocana one day had five bruises on her arms which she tried to hide by crossing her arms a lot. They didn't know what it was from but they said it must have gotten worse because she would constantly wear a jacket and never wore shorts even in the summer. They then observed that she would avoid going home and would stay out until late at night. Betsy thanked them and at the next holiday party at her 'grandparents' house she asked her other relatives about Vairocana. They told her what she was like as a kid and Betsy took a liking to her older-yet-to-meet sister. That night her parents confronted her about her questioning and tried to hit her for it. She took a blow to the face but remained standing her head down but her left side fully exposed to them. Just as her mother was about to come up to her and slap her she pulled out a gun. Pointing the barrel at her parents she looked up and over at her parents. "Don't you ever do what you did to my sister. I swear when I find out just how much torture you put her through I will come back and kill you giving you the same pain you inflicted on her only ten times worse. Now. You will not try to hit me and you will tell me what happened to your other daughter!" Betsy had frightened her parents who from then on never tried to hit her again and told her that Vairocana had runaway. Never trusting them fully she began a search for her sister trying despritely to communicate with her.

she walked out of the shadows but only far enough to where he could only see up to her shoulders. " i know she is alive.....i heared her call.....as for me i need someone to feed on thats why i keep my distance....." there was more to it than just her hunger, she felt a dee[p connection to him, she was falling in love with him. She was afraid, afraid he wouldn't accept her like she accepted him.
