AIDA was drained and Mac ANU returned to normal, the streets filled with players again. Chigusa's tears could be heard inside Jimi's head. Pi ran over to Jimi. "It seems that everything is back to normal....where's Atoli?"

Jimi looked to Pi silently and turned away."I must go."he said and ran foreward,logging out as he did so.
Higuri took off his headset and went outside,running."Chigusa!"he called out.

Chigusa was in the school courtyard on the ground. There was dirt on her uniform and her hair was cut unevenly and short. She heard Higuri and slowly got up, patting her uniform to let out some of the dirt before she started wiping her tears away.

Jimi ran to her and pushed the bangs out of her face."Chigusa are you okay?"he asked her.

Chigusa hugged Higuri, not saying anything for a while. "I'm so happy...that you are alright..." she murmured, the ribbon in her hair unraveling and falling onto the ground.

Higuri hugged her back lovingly and held her close."It's okay Chigusa..I won't leave you I promise."he said to her and held her closer to him,kissing her cheek,doing anything he could to comfort her.

Chigusa didn't say anything, simply keeping her head against Higuri's chest. She didn't want to tell Higuri what was going on while he was in The World because it was her problem, not his and he didn't have to worry about it. "School's...almost out, right? Then...can we go home?" she asked him.

Chigusa had a firm grip on Higuri's hand, looking at the ground. Reiko answered her cell phone. "Hello? Reiko speaking." she said, the sound of her car in the background.

"There's nothing from Master yata yet, but I'm still trying to find out how an AIDA could enter a town like that and what caused it.... how's Chigusa?" she asked him.

Higuri looked at Chigusa for a moment and back forewrd."She's fine,she's with me"he answered,He then gave Chigusa's hand a gentle squeeze."Reiko,whatever happens..be careful..I don't want to lose you like I lost Haseo"he said to her before hanging up.

"Huh?" Chigusa looked up at Higuri. "Is...something wrong?" she asked, slightly nervous. She managed a fake smile before she looked forward. "I hope Momoko's alright. I know I gave her enough food and all, but...I just hope she didn't get hurt."
