Akki sits sipping her hot chocolate, looking around the room. She sees Lena at another table, but she seems busy talking to another girl. With a soft sigh, recognizing no one else, she pulls out a book to read.

Akki closed her book and sighed. Her chocolate cold, she took a sip and grimaced before pushing it away. She glanced around the room with a lonely look once more before rising from the table and heading to the door.

Lena picked up her cup and took a sip of coco before looking over to Merryn to say "So... who's he...?" she gestured over to the boy that Merryn had been sitting with before.

Shooting another dirty look in the direction Lena pointed, Merryn answered with a sneer. He's my new 'brother'. We get along fine some days but he can be really moody, especially when I know something he doesn't. Shrugging she drank a little more of her water and shifted uncomfortably. Would you like to meet him?

Lena smiled as she said "Gah I'm glad Mikey isn't like that.... he's a little over protective.... but other than that he's not so bad..... but, umm... sure I'd like to meet him..." she nodded to Merryn before taking another sip of coco.

Giggling a little she glanced back at Lawrence. Let's give him a little while to cool down. Looking around the room Merryn giggled a little more. So, uhm, where did you meet Liam? Not knowing what else to say or ask she nursed her bottle nervously.

Lena continued to smile and let out a giggle before saying "In the kitchen.... he was rummaging throught the pantry.... and I was there to find a snack... and we just started talking....." she let out another laugh before saying "So romantic, huh..."

Looking thoughtful Merryn watched her hands. It is, though. Romantic I mean... To think that you just ran into each other that way. Playing with her hands still she looked away at the door. I ran into someone at the Fallen Star but I never got his name.

Lena smiled over to Merryn as she said "I'm sure you'll see him again... there are a lot of people here, but it's not that big of an area...." she thought a moment before saying "Actually... I'll be hosting another party there this weekend... you should come... maybe your mystery guy'll show up..." she grinned

Anxiously nodding Merryn scratched the bridge of her nose. That would be terrific! And then Larry and Aura can get out of their holes some as well. Getting up she put her finger to her lips. I'll go get him now, he isn't understanding that part anyway. Skipping over to him Merryn closed Lawrence's book and hauled him to his feet. Dragging him all the way over to Lena she held out his hand and started to laugh. This is Larry. Larry meet Lena.
Pulling his hand away from Ryn's he waved to the new girl. Yeah... Uh, you want to hear a joke?

Lena let out a laugh and slunk down in her chair as she looked up at the boy and said "Well, it's nice to meet you too Larry.... and sure... I'll listen to your joke....."

He looked at her with a pained expression. Please, call me Lawrence. Sitting down in Merryn's chair he slunk down a little himself as well. Why shouldn't you shingle a dog house with pancakes? ... Ketchup. Finishing the joke with a punch of his arm he rolled his eyes and looked at Ryn.
Cracking up at the punchline Merryn fell down beneath the table. Looking at her dubiously Lawrence shook his head. It's that one's favourite joke.

Lena giggled as she looked down at Merryn on the floor before turning to look at Lawrence and say "Okay then, Lawrence... I'll be sure to remember that..."
