"Okay, I guess so...." Asuka was used to this sort of thing, but those two had just lost their minds. The last thing she needed was Medri getting mad and making them all fall out of the sky or something.
"Rain, you said you were heading to Tolly's place? I think the two of us should get going and let them handle it. It looks like there are only a few KLFs left, so they should catch up...."

Medri opened up a audio only link to kayako, he really didn't want to see her right now. "Kayako me and Asuka are leaveing now, Bye bye." In truth Medri wanted to download sooo many viruses into her LFO right now and shut her down manully.

Rain was not fighting anymore KLFs. She didn't need to, now that Kayako was on a maddened rampage. She was watching her with horror and disbelief. She was confused about how someone who could save one person kill so many others. It was like the ultimate paradox to her. Even though she heard and comprehended Asuka's suggestion, she just couldn't really seem to move; completely transfixed by the whole scene.
((Yup... poor KLF pilots. neutral Dusana's gonna need a whole new squadron. razz ))

"Rain? Rain, we need to move. They'll be done soon....there's only maybe two left now..."
In all honesty Asuka was a little more than worried too. Kayako seemed just hyper before when they'd met in normal terms. But when she fought....not even the military had told her that kind of change was even possible in a person.
"Rain..." she whispered now so Medri wouldn't hear "You need to stop her. You travel with her...don't you know how to make them listen?"

Kayako looked around her, annoyed more on a physical level than an emotional one. Sure enough, the KLF she had just ripped the head off of was the last. Well, almost the last. There was still their leader with the girl pilot, but Gray had her and everyone knew not to try to make him give up on his enemies.
"Oh come on....That was barely anything!! They never send me enough..."
For some reason, the girl was starting to feel very withdrawn. This was what happened to her whenever she got in a good fight this way. For her, fighting was like a drug; once she got caught up in it, she hated to have to stop before she was finished having her fun. It made her feel cheated, and tense....not a nice feeling at all.

Medri sat very emotionless in his unit behind the cockpit of jenny. "Ya good job kayako you just killed over half a dozen people..." He didn't say that over the com link of course, kayako might have freaked at him and charged them.

Rain nodded her head, understanding fully what Asuka had told her. In fact, she was going to try and stop her before Asuka said anything. She just needed to snap out of her trance first. She swallowed and took a breath, then let it out.
"Kayako," she spoke into the comm. "Kayako, you need to calm down. There aren't anymore..." She stopped. What were those things again? Oh, yes. "KLFs. They're all gone. Please, just calm down. It's over. Gray can finish the last one." Rain moved Eden slightly closer to Senturi. Her's has seemed to turn into the voice of reason amongst these problemed people.
Dusana was getting frustrated and impatient. "What are you waiting for?!" she goaded her restrainer. "Do you like taking your time? Seeing your prisoners squirm in anguish? Finish me already!!"

There were more than a few weird things about Kayako, one being that the adrenaline rush she got from her outbursts of heated dogfighting was like candy or drugs to her, along with a few other equaly comparable things that shall remain ommited. What she wanted, strangly enough, was someone harder to beat, even though it was illogical and just downright inconvenient in their current situation. Someone who she would actually have to work to beat...
She had slouched over a bit in her seat and had her eyes closed, trying to calm down but getting that unwelecome feeling just like always.

Medri opened a com link with rain. "So where is this place we need to land? I wanna get out of jenny for a bit so the sooner we can land the better." He was spinning a pencile around his fingers with decent speed.

Rain got Eden to hover right next to Senturi. She opened up the hatch and climbed out. She felt that talking to someone in person instead of over a link was better in that way that I can't think of the word for... ((>.>)) When she got the gap between the LFOs' shoulders, she hesitated a moment. Drawing in air once more and releasing it, she hopped over. Sitting next to Kayako's cockpit, she looked in on her. "It's ok," she said, trying to think of things to relax the young girl. "I'm sure you'll get a chance some other time. Right now, we have to get moving."

"O nevermind..." He reached down and pulled a picture out from under the seat... Medri was standing with a young girl sitting on his shoulders, Everyone looked happy. The girl looked just thirteen years old if that and had green hair with deep blue eyes. "Damin I wish you where still alive."

Kayako looked down a little, wanting very much to crawl under a rock somewhere and die. Getting talked to by Rain always made her feel like she was being taught a lesson by some older person, which of course brought out her anti-social rebellious side that made her want to go lock herself somewhere so she could mope about things for awhile.
And besides, everyone was giving her 'that look'....the one that was suspiciously like concern. She hated getting that kind of attention....she wanted to throw something at people when they started to worry about her.
(((And FYI, have you read LinitaLena's character card? What I said was not NEARLY as bad as if she actually participated....*knock wood*)))

((Well... she's banned. So I guess we don't have to worry. O__O GAH!! I'm totally screwing up what I mean for Rain to do!! I don't mean for her to be some critizing shrink!! >____<))
Rain looked down herself. "If you ever need to talk," she said. "I'll listen." With that, she turned around and got back into her own cockpit. She was starting to feel bad, now. She wanted so badly to help Kayako, maybe even Gray if she could get to him, but she felt she was doing a terrible job at it. She drew her legs against her body and rested her chin in her knees.

Kayako waited for Eden to clear her area, then swerved around to follow Rain a little, just because she felt like it. She really, really just wanted to hide right now. Had she been a normal girl, with a normal life this would've been the part where she hid in her room under the covers moping about some such thing. Sometimes she wished she could in fact do that...She was picturing that now, smiling a little bit now that no one could see her.
'Yeah.....then he'd come in....GAH!!! Stop it!! Stupid stupid stupid stupid!! This is not the time!!"
She shook her head a little then went back to focusing on piloting. This was not the time for stupid idiotic thoughts, especially not when there was still one enemy pilot, and one boy that they needed to make finish his fight so they could go.

Rain looked back at her when she rebuked herself, looking confused. Feeling it best not to pursue what it was, she looked forward again. "I really wish he would hurry up," she said sullenly. "He takes too much time."
((HONESTLY!! Where is that child? stare The Rekka is getting impatient, and when I get impatient, I get ANGWIE!!! evil ))

(((It was nothing....Ok time for a cute moment while we wait for the boy!)))
Gray was still going crazy....but they were off to the side. Remebering the picture she'd just seen in her head, the girl inside Senturi decided to take the moment to seek some advice.
"Um...Rain?"
Kayako couldn't help but be curious about something. Rain was obviously older than her, if not by much. So in some small way, the purple-haired girl hoped she'd have some information for her on this...Besides, her own mind was a mystery to her. She wanted to know sometimes why she thought of certain things....
"What....does it mean when you picture something then don't know why..?"
She had to ask, it was bugging her far too much in the back of her mind. The image wouldn't go away.
