Galvin walks over to Tanith and Ebrak. Kicking some trash away.
"Find anything?"

Mostlyfiller Search Check: 12+1=13 total The door does not appear to have any traps, or even as much as a lock. It is basically a hinged slab of stone.

"No, I don't think so." Said in response to Galvin's question as he rises to stand again and pulls at the doors handle to open it with more than a little effort and a grunt.

"Well, I guess the necromancer feels he's secure enough due to power that he doesn't need to trap or even lock himself in. Not sure that's the most wonderful news, let's just hope his ego is bigger than the amount of power he wields" I ready myself, in case there are any enemies just behind the door

Raam draws his mace and hefts his shield as the newcomer opens the door. He seemed nice enough, checking for traps and such. And if they survived thier stay down here, Raam might atually get to like him. But right now, all his attention was on what layed behind that door. Three days inside this god forsaken crypt had Ramm a little more than on edge.

Galvin pulls up his bow, reafing an to fly in neccessary.
"As in the case for most spell caster there ego is always greater than there power. My brother is Wizard."
Gives a slight chuckle.

I chuckle back but then add "Well, that may often be true, but there are some exceptions. I have encountered some wizards who were very humble. And even some sorcerers. I once knew a man who had met Alustriel, one of the Seven Sisters. From what I understand, she was very gentle and kind, and far from having a large ego. But, I find that it is most often true with spellcasters who pursue the darker arts, like Necromancers."

"Elemister don't talk to nobody..." Raam comented off handedly. "Unless of course, he wants to. Once a friend o' mine went off ta see him, but returned after a fortnight, complaining how no one would ever git past all the paperwork. Poor bloke never had a chance."

Galvin stiffles a laugh, nodding his head in agreement.
"Ahh well what can you do. Spelcasters are spellcaster. I couldn't cast magic if my life depended on it."
He is enjoying the moment before they face there doom most likely.
"Maybe these city guards are working with this Necromancer, you know fresh bodies to turn to ghouls and zombies?"

I look at Galvin, a grim look on my face "That is a possibility, but one I'd rather not think of right now. A problem like that may be out of our ability to handle. I think though that they were just lazy, unlawful guards who would rather toss problems into the sewer than deal with them."

"I don't know. If the guards are in anybody's pocket, it was probably the men I was just with. From what I've heard, the sound like the tipe to accept a few gold peices to 'look the other way' many a time."
With the door open, he peeked inside the next room, Ebrak hoping for the best but expecting the worst.

You open the door to reveal another dark hallway, a pair of corriders meet here, extending in all four directions. You are entering from the west. A tall, white stone statue of St. Bethesda - a beautiful, matronly woman dressed in a hooded robe - stands in the crossroads.

"Well..." Raam began as he looked around for a moment, his eyes stopping at the statue. "It look like yer friends lied ta us." He comented to Ebark. "I see a statue" He said as he gestured towards it. "And more paths, but not a single, blimy corpse herder, zombie, 'er ghoulie, not that I'm complaining 'bout that."

Galvin stares down the hallway. Scanning the darkness.
"No, I do belive about down a hallway and past a statue. Yes that was what he said. but I belive it is a good idea o let our trap finding friend lead the way, not to be rude or anything."
Smile at there newest member.
"And when this is over, I'll buy drinks for everyone!"
