I'd say, my overall favorite is Tenten. I mean, her weapon skills are amazing.
Then second would be Temari. Like Shikamaru pointed out, her attacks can be offensive and defensive at the same time. I also love her personality.
Third.... Kankuro or Gaara. >.<
I'm a big fan of people from the sand... *sigh* ^_^
