She comes in with snow on her nose, and all over her face. I tell my husband that she goes out to do lines of snow! LOL

good question. Guess that depends. Is she new in town, or just new person to introduce? Could be she's got car trouble, goes to the garage. Could be she's like Cherry, wants protection, is with the MC,and latches on. Could be she needs a piece of furniture reconstructed, like a family heirloom that she wants restained or something and meets him at his shop. Maybe she's a waitress some where, could have him be at a bar. Or maybe she's one of Grace's nurse friends checking in on Grace while Jasp is there?
IDk some ideas

Could be she needs a piece of furniture reconstructed, like a family heirloom that she wants restained or something and meets him at his shop. IDk some ideas OH I like the idea with her getting a piece of furniture reconstructed! We could have it that she had been talking with him over e-mail for a few weeks, and finally decides to meet up with him at his place and brings the furniture?
