Alistair did all he could in trying to stop the bleeding and get Asha to give birth to her twins. He cupped her cheek and gave her a small shake. "Asha, I need you to stay away, please stay awake Asha." He pleaded, he began to go hands on in rearranging her children. Something did not feel right about this.

(Is there something he's not doing or needs to do, Aisely?)

"I may not have a week. And don't you make a promise you can't keep."Whispered Gena, she watched Emma pass out before her and placed the bed sheets on her to keep her warm. She stayed with her until Alistar would call her, incase Emma would need her.

(Could just time skip through that to the point where she's holding them?)

Alistair became frustrated, this wasn't working. Not to mention that her condition was worsening with every passing moment. He went into his bag and pulled out instruments, the sharp kind.

"Asha, I, I may need to preform a C-Section if you don't start pushing with your contractions. I need your approval to preform that kind of operation. Please Asha, tell me what you want to be done." He begged her, it would be unethical to cut her open otherwise. There was also other matters not needed to be said about it.

(I'll do my best, also I'm uncertain if you ever told me what she was having besides them being twins.)

Alistair looked at her with a sad look on his face. "No more pain, I promise you, I'll get them both out safely." He answered her, receiving his answer, he began preparations for the operation.

It was a shorter procedure than trying to get Asha to push her kids out the natural way. Only taking but a a few minutes to gets them out by cutting her open. Sewing up the new mother took much longer as the doctor made sure to take his time, he swore Asha must live through this. In little less than an hour, Alistair had helped his friend bring her children into this world.

"Congratulations, Asha. They are safe, you did well." He said with a smile as he held the twins very carefully in his arms for her. Incase she was ready to hold and feed them.

Alistair tilted his head some in confusion, but realized what may have gone through her head. If he was right, he didn't blame her in thinking she could drop em, he was rather nervous he would do the same at the moment. Acknowledging her request, he placed the children to rest beside their mother, making sure to lay them down properly.

"A boy and a girl,I sometimes forget how precious life is." He muttered to himself, looking at them, he felt that his abilities as a doctor was finally put to good use.

Gena had stayed with her all through the hour that had past. She tried to keep Emma calm, but it was a futile effort. She sighed and gave up. "I'll go check on Alistair and Asha, stay in bed." She said firmly as she got up from sitting on the edge of their bed and headed to Alistair and Asha.

"Alistair, you might want to check on Emma"

"Sure thing, can you stay with Asha? I had to preform a C-Section, make sure her condition stays stable."

"I can do that."

"Thank you, anyways, Asha I want to thank you to for also reminded me about life again." He said with a short smile. They agreed to switch places and after Alistair got cleaned up, he headed over to Emma. Gena was right, she wasn't looking so good. He did what first came to mind, checking on her blood pressure.

"Emma, this is bad, your blood pressure is going up the charts..."

Alistair began to wonder what he could do in this situation. He went into the cabinets and reached for Emma's Magnesium tablets. It would help, but he'd need to do more than that.

"For now, all I can give is your medication and try to help you relax, it's too risky to inject anything into your bloodstream."

He gave her a kiss on the cheek and then placed the tablet on her tongue. It was chewable, so it was enough for her to manage in her condition. Alistair sat behind her, letting her rest on his chest and asked her to breathe. He gave her a massage to help keep her calm as well. Her back and belly, arms to legs and even shoulders, anywhere she'd like, so long as it got the numbers down.

"Come on, those numbers have to decrease now!" He thought to himself. He was keeping track of it by watching a small screen attached to meter he had placed around Emma's arm.

(Gena's in Asha's room, Alistair is with Emma in their room. Sorry if I have confused you.)

Emma tried to take deep breaths and soon the numbers began to go down. Her eyes began to close as she started to relax. "How is Asha doing and her twins? What did she have?"
