"I believe that's the first I've heard of that philosophy..." "A Test You say?!" Sapphire jumped back. "Very well! Your first test shall be...!..." She stood silent for a while. "Get me some popcorn!" She said all of a sudden and nodded, if someone looked at her they could swear they saw little hearts around her head.

 Rikuzu chuckled "Alright, well then let's go find a popcorn vending person." He walked a little ways down the walkway, looked back to her, and waved her over.

Sapphire flew over to him and landed next to him. "I was half expecting you to just laugh.
A brown haired guy ran up to Sapphire and Rikuzu."Hey! She's mine!! Back off!" He attempted to push Rikuzu. "She's the weapon i'm supposed to get! I was paired with her not You!"
"Ugh!" Sapphire scoffed. "This is what I mean! Get this little dirt bag away from me!" She flew backwards and up a bit as he tried to grab onto her.

Rikuzu smiled at Sapphire and when the guy came he gave her a quick wink. He put a hand on the guys shoulder and looked him in the eyes "Dude, it should be her choice, it's not only the Meister that gets something out of a partnership. They should be equal and if your going to act like this then please do go." He was using his persuasion powers against the guy. He walked over to the popcorn cart and got a bag of it. He walked back to Sapphire "Here you go."

She blinked a few times, clearly amazed. "Wow thanks, I thought that woulda been harder..." She said as she watched the kid walk away. "Thanks." She grabbed the bag and brushed off her shirt. "I feel diseased now...Everyone that's wanted to be paired with me have been like that...this was the first one i haven't had to break their jaw."

Rikuzu looked at Sapphire again "Some people just don't get it. What is the power of a Meister without a weapon and what is the full power of a weapon without a Meister? They both need each other to reach their potential." He ran a hand through his hair "So anything else you need?"

Rikuzu smiled "It was just something I picked up from the monks." He raised an eyebrow "There are a lot of things to do with souls here, absorbing them, soul resonance. It all varies on what's necessary."

It's like that guy that always hides in the alleyways but when you go to look he's never there." Sapphire looked like she was getting nervous

Sapphire pointed to the popcorn before throwing another piece in her mouth. "Well...I guess I better head back...and get another lecture about why i don't have a meister yet..."
