((Yes, you had him move. Which is how it should have stayed. Order of operations. You show what your character does, the others react to it, then you have yours react in turn to them. You have disturbed that order by changing your post. That one should have stayed as it was, then been amended in one after Saiirin reacted to Plushy, one that could read something like, "Plushy closed his mouth, his tongue snapping back between his jaws as Saiirin jumped away from him, interrupting his plans. A sigh escaped Plushy as the children's eyes fell to Saiirin, the sun glinting off her scales drawing their attention." In your edit, you put my characters actions before they happened. What had been there previously was what your character did. My character intercepted in the middle of what you put, leaving you to IMPROVISE and continue onward. With my post, the technical end to yours would have been when he stuck out his tongue. That is where Saiirin's actions begin. Instead of the OOC, your next post for Plushy would have been well placed if it incorporated the change, NOT the one previous. If you can, perhaps return your edited post to how it was then put Plushy's reaction to Saiirin's words and actions in your next post. As it is, I could delete Saiirin's post since you put that in yours previous to mine, since that one now basically takes control of Saiirin because of the order of operations. Does any of that makes sense? Sorry if I "sound" irritated or rude at all. It has been one of those days for me and it is probably showing in my writing.))

((rude? no, this is much usefull to me, it helps a lot.... i will edit it back and post a new plushy post....)) Plushy Saiirin said "roar" (("How darest thou! Filthy mongrel! Tis of little wonder why thy family gave thee such a horrendous name!"))
Plushy closed his mouth, his tongue snapping back between his jaws as Saiirin jumped away from him, interrupting his plans. The kids on Plushy's tail looked at Saiirin, the sun glinting off her glowing scales drawing their attention. "Who is that Plushy?" "It looks like another dragon..." "What is it saying Plushy?"
Plushy answered, "She said her rider is not yet ready to go, we may be late if she holds us up long." Plushy think to Saiirin so her rider would also hear, Can you have her hurry up? That building is a good place to lose the lie telling thing that not human... it has many halls and floors, should be easy.

((Ah, good. I was worried about that. Real-life crap had me irritated and kind of angered. Glad I could help, then! smile And you actually used my example sentence! I feel honored now! xd Oh, and remember, Saiirin does not simply "roar" when she speaks, but instead her language is coming out in a "series of growls and snarls." (No edits needed if you do not want, just a reminder that it is not a single sound she uses, but instead many with varying tones and volumes.) biggrin This may be my final post for the week. Ha.)) Saiirin's gaze shifted to the children as they noticed her, her lips pulling back in disgust as they inquired about her.
"Are they so daft as to not recognize a dragon when one stands before them?" Saiirin hissed in her native language as Plushy answered the children's questions.
A low growl emanated from deep within Saiirin's chest as Plushy's silent words infiltrated her mind, the silver dragon allowing the words to flow to Karinda's mind as well. Saiirin remained in the pathway to Plushy's mind, hoping he would receive Karinda's message for himself.
On the rooftop, Karinda's eyebrows furrowed angrily as Plushy's words echoed around her skull.
Karinda looked away from Noci. If his mind stands closed to my speech, she began darkly, then tell him this well, Saiirin. Though I know not why she failed to be truthful, so too hath I told her a lie in the revelation of a false name. Human or not, until true danger presents itself through this girl--regardless of the race that hath seen fit to claim her--I shall do no such thing. Karinda put extra emphasis on her last few words before looking back to Noci.

Jarod's happy expression became thoughtful, and suddenly, much to his mother's amusement, he was taking the offer very seriously. "Mmm... well, I don't know if I could do this forever..." Looking around the library, he held his hand up to his face and tapped his chin with one finger, as if in thought, then looked up at Vanessa again. "You see, now that we're with..." he remembered how careful Rodger and his mother had been before, and lowered his voice, leaning in towards Vanessa some. "Now that we're with the Defenders, I want to as big of a help as I can be." He stretched his arms out to illustrate. "The Destroyers can't win! They would hurt everybody. So I'll do anything I can. But anyway." His arms went down to his sides and he held his hands together behind his back again. "I love libraries... and I love books... and I like to watch people. So I can try my best," he finished, the large smile back on his face. "If it isn't any trouble, we would very much appreciate a room," Loki answered. She looked down at Jarod, who returned her gaze, and she placed her hands on his shoulders. "Jarod and I would repay you in whatever way we can." Jarod waited for his mother to look at him again and give him a nod of approval as a sign that he could continue for her. He walked up to Vanessa and motioned for her to lean down to his level. "I'm still a boy," he said quietly, holding out three fingers on his hand. "I'm only three years old, but I grow faster than human boys, so I look older than three. And I read a lot. I'm not the grown-up you saw before. But I don't really look like this either. Right now I look my age, but that's about it." He looked back to Loki to make sure it was still okay, then continued, getting quieter and quieter.
"My mom's a shape-shifter, so I can kind of do what she can do." Jarod took a step back, looked at Vanessa, and another smile broke across his face. He leaned in, practically bouncing with excitement, so much he had not yet realized he had gone completely off topic and beyond her question. "I can control fire!" he whispered to Vanessa's ear, then he stepped back to look at her, almost as if he expected to see that some of his excitement had rubbed off on her. "I'm not super fantastic with it, because there was never anyone who could teach me, but now... maybe now I can find someone, and maybe I can use it to help!" He couldn't contain himself anymore, so he bounced in a circle around his mother, hugged her legs, then looked at Vanessa again. Loki laughed quietly, nearly falling over because of Jarod. "I think you just went and explained a bit more than your age there." Loki could understand Jarod's excitement. She had watched him grow up without ever being able to openly talk to other children, or anyone really, about himself. Now he would be able to do that and more. "Oh... woops..." Jarod said, with the same apologetic tone his mother had used with Vanessa before. He looked up at Vanessa from his mother's side, and earnestly added, "I'm sorry. I think I just got too happy."

((Did I get everyone’s replies?)) Rikku Wood ((Sorry I havent posted in a while, I need to finish the story psot before I post noci again, but i need to get a new charger for my laptop so i cant do it atm, sorry)) ((Oh, that sucks! I am sorry that your laptop charger went out!)) ____________________________________________________ “Jarod and I would repay you in whatever way we can,” Loki said, her hands on Jarod’s shoulders. “Don’t worry about payment,” Vanessa replied with a shake of her head. “This is what we do. Though, if you stay here long enough, it seems your son would be more than happy to work with us temporarily. On those days he’s not too busy keeping the Destroyers from winning, of course.” She gave Jarod a friendly wink. Vanessa happily obliged as Jarod gestured for her to meet him at his level. She got down on one knee, her eyes on Jarod as he began to speak. “I see,” Vanessa said as the young boy looked to his mother for approval. “Interesting indeed.” She fell silent as Jarod continued to explain, her body mimicking the boy’s as he leaned forward, making it easier for him to reach her ear, a smile spreading over her lips and echoing in her eyes at the boy’s excitement. She brandished the smile at Jarod as the boy stepped back and looked at her. “That’s absolutely fantastic! An awesome and powerful ability to have, little one!” she said enthusiastically, her eyes sparkling at the jubilance of the youth as the young boy continued, bounding around his mother before hugging her legs once he had finished. She stood as Loki spoke to Jarod. “I’m sorry,” the boy said apologetically. “I think I just got too happy.”“No, no,” Vanessa chuckled and shook her head slightly. “I’m glad you shared that. The woman who was with us before our sudden departure,” she scowled at the memory before quickly evening out her expression, “can also control fire. I haven’t gotten much of a chance to get to know her, but she was delivered here by Chaim’s right-hand man. If you ask nicely, she might train you.”

(This is not finished but screw it, i'll post the rest later) Robin VS Mohindar Heilick“Urgh, This guy, what is she thinking sending me to get HIM” Willow commented dryly as they stood before a large oak cabin, despite the town it was in it looked somewhat scenic, whilst the other houses down the street were small rundown houses with little to no decoration, most had trouble keeping themselves upright. This house was made of thick wood, too worn to make out the specific type of wood. There was a light bulb hanging in an iron cage gone brown with rust, the light bulb was either switched off or not working, Willow was betting on the latter considering who their client was. A handful of flowerpots with few remaining flowers were strewn around the outside as if they had been placed by a three year old with an impossibly bad throwing arm. The two of them approached the door, taking care not to step on the flowers, no point in ruining the only bright thing in this neighbourhood,. The door seemed a little out of place compared to the rest of the house, it was still made of wood, but this wood was still fresh, as if it had only recently been put up, how it actually 'stayed' up was a mystery. “It seems you were right, he's still on the run from you, why was that again?” Robin asked as he inspected the door, running his slender fingers across it and coming off with a thin layer of dust. Willow gave him a glare in response before shoving him out of the way and raising her foot. The dusty oak door floor into the room landing a few feet inside the house, the old rotted hinges powerless against the lady’s' heels. The inside of the house was nothing particularly special, two rooms along the back lead to what seemed to be a kitchen and a bedroom but very little of the actual rooms were visible, the room they were standing in currently was a homely looking living room, somewhat bigger then would have been expected from looking at the front of the house, stretching back a good few meters and filled with numerous cushioned and wooden chairs, a degrading brick fireplace sat cold and dead in on the left wall, in front of it was a small tattered rug. However they were not there for a tour of the local estate market, no, the reason for their visit was the man who had just launched himself from the possible kitchen, a knife aimed at Willows' throat. Side stepping the knife with little effort she brought her palm up into his chin, sending him sprawling onto the floor, dazed for just a moment as he got back to his feet, this time going for a slash at her chest, she caught his wrist this time, twisting it sharply and making him drop the knife before literally throwing him across the room. “Good evening to you too Monsieur Heilick” she rubbed at the palm of her hand where a small red mark had begun to form, it seemed she had hit him a little harder than intended. “You do remember the current favour you owe me, do you not?”“Stay the HELL away from me, I ain't endin up as some dirt beggin' zombie, YA HEAR M-” his rant came to an abrupt end as one of the unfurnished chairs sent him sprawling bad through the possibly kitchen door, the sound of crashing metal followed soon after. “Now look, you made me ruin a perfectly disgusting chair” Willow stepped carefully into the room as she spoke, her hand readily clenching her next chair of choice “now may we please have an adult conversation about this” the man had managed to get back into the room, a small bump on his forehead where he must have landed, another knife in hand he lunged once again, once more Willow countered it, this time with a spinning kick to the chest, winding him. “Fine then, we shall do things your way Mohindar” without warning a shadow rose from the ground beside the desperately struggling man, shooting down towards his head, faster and faster, poised to kill. “Our orders were for a LIVE puppeteer” Robin half yawned, leaning against the door with a large blue fan in his hand, the fan looked simple at first glance but a closer inspection would reveal it to be made of a very flexible metal, an elegant dragon design covering its face. The shadow spike had stopped mere millimetres from the man’s face before retracting almost instantly back into the ground. “Perhaps I should handle this one, yes?”me know it all Scath na hOiche ((Oops. It seems I forgot to put in there that Saiirin let Karinda's words be heard by Plushy so she would not have had to say it herself.)) ((oops, this means i must edit my last post so plushy is reacting correctly... he wouldn't have said that knowing what karinda said...... do you want edit, or just delete and re-post?))
