I laugh because I understand. I'm a tom girl too for the most part. I've had to teach myself over the years how to be more "grily" although I still hate purses... Evil things!

No kidding right. I hate purses. I just use my backpack or my trusty ole wallet. I've had to do that too at the urging of my mom over the years...and ballet isn't helping me with my "girly" image either. I prefer watching the guys and trying to copy them >.<

Azaurmyth No kidding right. I hate purses. I just use my backpack or my trusty ole wallet. I've had to do that too at the urging of my mom over the years...and ballet isn't helping me with my "girly" image either. I prefer watching the guys and trying to copy them >.< I understand what you mean. I'm pretty well balanced over all, but if you ask me to wear a dress, 9 times out of 10 the answer is going to be no. XP It didnt' help that I grew up with image issues either. So I never spent time developing vanity. Sometimes I really grateful for that too.

Purses are evil without a doubt. But mascara wands, hairspray cans and bras are my mortal enemies. xD I've maced myself with hairspray, almost poked my eye out with a mascara wand, and I was almost strangled by a bra once, lol.
And good god, I'd break my neck at ballet, lol.

And good god, I'd break my neck at ballet, lol. Never tired ballet, but I can do my makeup pretty well. I've gotten good at it over the years. But I don't put it on all the time. And at that I never wear foundation or powder. I just use lip gloss, chap stick, mascara, and eye shadow. Simple.

ScarletLady0523 Never tired ballet, but I can do my makeup pretty well. I've gotten good at it over the years. But I don't put it on all the time. And at that I never wear foundation or powder. I just use lip gloss, chap stick, mascara, and eye shadow. Simple.
I don't wear it all the time either, only about twice a week, actually. I'm pretty good with most of it, except the mascara, lol. I usually wear blush, mascara(even though it's evil), eye shadow, eye liner and lipstick. Pretty simple, I'm usually done in five minutes.
. . . and then spend ten minutes rolling around the floor because I maced myself with hairspray, lol. I wouldn't bother with the stuff but my hair gets so damn frizzy without it.

Seeing all you guys with font 10, fancy formatting, etc. made me so nervous when making a post sweatdrop I feel like I've walked into some serious business.
If I could also interject in this conversation and say... I actually don't know how to put on make up (sad for a girl, I know) sweatdrop I probably should learn sometime soon, but I haven't found a need to put them on yet.
