One minute Candace was slapping bitey presents away from her and Jerry and the next they were being swallowed up in the Mother of All Presents.
What the ******** just happened?
She let out a startled cry and clung to Jerry, closing her eyes and curling up around him. She could hear the attacks on the present from outside, and though Candace desperately wanted to summon Atropos and slice up this present from the inside? She couldn't bring herself to let go of Jerry for one second.
Damnit, she liked this dress too.

Leon didn't bother to ask why the presents decided to stop trying to bury him in them but the sudden roar took him by surprise. It didn't sound very christmas-y. Not to mention that the presents didn't even bother to hit him again.
They didn't even consider him a threat, more like a plaything. the christmas toy to their present.
but all the knocked over bits of christmas ham caught the boxer and dragon's attention.

This time, Leon was not going to resist, he needed the protein to balance out all the alcohol in him. Damn empty stomach.

"Noooooo, Jude!" She cried out as her friend failed to unwrap the giant present. She glared at their attacker and pointed at it, adopting a rather overused pose, "YOU! I will unwrap you in the name of the rune!" Get it? Because hunter weapons have runes on them, and so do the buildings- Oh nevermind.

Despite her epic pose and words, Ariane tripped the second time that day; this time, there was no Jude to cushion her fall. With a sore chin and a sore pride, she stood up and kicked off those damn heels. It was all those heels' fault.

All this dancing and present stomping was becoming thirsty work! Before somehow managed to dance with Tori towards the refreshment table. But before they could get there, Momma Present Box made her presence felt.

Totaling having fun and destroying all the presents that attacked while dancing with Before. Tori hearing his cry as she spotted the mother of all those presents just as it hit Before. She needed something to get her through as she spotted some Mulled Wine near by and drank it up quickly as it did feel nice on her parched throat from the dancing.

(( Attacking)) "That is quite alright," Tori smiled to Before as she hadn't wanted to stop but this mother present had to be destroyed. "I'm total with you on that, Before!!" she called out and returned with her own thumps up to him. Quickly she switched her sword into the other hand to get the chain free from her arm. Once it was free she switched the sword back into the other hand as she picked up the chain to make a charge of her own at the creature. Tori even grinned widely as she felt Aklin bite into the mother present as he screamed for more in her head. Before HP: 30/40 Damage Dealt: 6 Charge: 2/2 Boss HP: 60

Ceres blinked a few times before realizing what was going on... presents? "Attack of the killer presents..." Had the JOY affected them as well? Maybe it was making them so happy they wanted to eat them all... as a good elf she wanted to keep presents safe, yes? Did that also mean feeding them and taking them for walks...?
A moment later the mother of all presents was close enough that it gave ceres a swift bite, something that made her flinch and snap out of her. HEY she was not food!

Arm now bleeding where the box had bit her (bleeding candycane juice?) Ceres summoned Takeru with ease. The HELL if that box would get away with biting her! Boxes ate PRESENTS! Not People!
Lifting the blade the raven haired woman followed that order with ease, slashing at the box. "I hope your wrapping paper falls off."

The few remaining standing Hunters had only managed to anger the Mother of All Presents further. Most others had either furtively escaped the room in a moment of lucidity or just simply lay passed out.

Yep. The Mother of All Presents dealt with some offenders by literally inhaling and swallowing them. Namely Ceres, Victoria, Before and Leon. BOSS MECHANICS: THE MOTHER OF ALL PRESENTS HP: 54/120Rules:- IF YOU HAVE BEEN SWALLOWED YOU CAN kick around inside the box, but cannot attack. It is super crowded in there! - If you are outside the box you can only ATTACK, TAKE DAMAGE, and HEAL once per round, but you have unlimited reaction posts! HEALING: There is food lying nearby! You can choose to heal by eating a random food item. Roll a 20-sided dice. This is the amount you heal by. BE SURE TO INCLUDE in your post your rped food item/heal and then the amount healed for, as well as this is a HEALING post. TAKING DAMAGE: BEFORE YOU ATTACK, roll a 20-sided dice. This is the damage you take from the mother of all presents. Proceed on to the attack phase as usual then. Make sure to post in this post that this is your DAMAGE TAKING POST, as well as note the damage taken, and your total HP value. ATTACKING: Attack mechanics go as normal, because this is a carried over "fight", charged attacks have carried over from last round! Make sure in your post to note this as your ATTACKING POST, post your total hp value, damage done, and then the total remaining HP of boss.

"What th-" The girl managed to scream out a second before she was literally EATEN by the giant box. She did not even see it coming, being sucked up with such a force it would make any vacuum cleaner jealous.
"I HOPE I GIVE YOU HEART BURN." She screamed out, struggling around, though her words were probably muffled by how crowded it was inside the box.
