"Yeah, if we don't get you stitched up, you'll lose the leg on a tourniquet, you need to see an actual docter. We need to go to the town first, in the danger zone or not. " I say somewhat sternly to this Zazigh. I truth, I also wanted t stock up on other supplies, perhaps some medicinal herbs or rations or at least something.

Laci scampers off and finds some long, sturdy sticks. She kneels besides the soldier and looks up at him earnestly. "You understand the consequences of this, yes? It's only temporary, and if something should go wrong, there is a good chance we... Or a doctor... Will have to amputate. Do you still want me to use the tourniquet?"

He looks at Laci.
"I think my leg will survive three miles to the city," he says.

Laci nods and then tears off the bottom of her dress, hoping it'll be enough to patch him up, but not too much as to leave her exposed. She wraps the piece of material around the wound tightly, tying it in a half knot. She takes the stick that seems to be the appropriate length and places it on the knot, then ties another knot over the stick. She twists the stick until the bandage is very tight against his leg. She rips off another piece of material, suddenly not caring if its just a little too much and grabs one of the other longer sticks. She rips the piece in half and ties the stick to his thigh and lower calf to make a make-shift splint. "Please try not to bend it, it'll only make it bleed more and may mess up the tourniquet. We need to get moving now, we don't have much time."

Everyone:
Once everyone except Shi'ita posts that they're ready to go, I'll jump you to the next town, unless you all want to interact for a pages' worth of traveling.

When Zazigh had first addressed me, I relaxed slightly, but made sure to watch him cautiously. As the conversations had ensued I decided to lie down so as not to bother Shi'ita much in his nap and to also rest up at least a tiny bit before we took off.

"I'm not into men!!" I slightly growl with a pouting face and stick out my tongue to Selphie, then look at the man who calls himself Zazigh.
"Perhaps you can help us a great deal as we travel into uncharted territory. I'm rather excited at going to lands I've never seen, and who knows what treasures and history we can find," I say with enthusiasm, an excited smile on my face. Most of what I know of the world was read from books, and that does little for the actual experience of it.

I stand back up, seeing as I no longer needed to assess the wound.
"Well then! After we get fixed up, let's have an adventure! What connection do you have to this land anyways? You seem to have some connections there, or at least eager to go..." I say. I step one foot back , just in case he was uncomfortable with me being so close.

Laci holds out her paw to the soldier, "Here, let me help you up." She noticed that she wasn't feeling so well, perhaps she was hungry or dehydrated, so she brushed it off. "I'd like to keep an eye on that leg of yours, so please excuse me if I seem to be hovering.."

Zazigh smiles.
"Your friends seem to think otherwise," he says with a laugh. "But you seem adamant about the fact, so I won't bother you about it."
He pauses to listen to the part about uncharted territory.
"You will find history from many years ago," he says. "The land to the east has been uninhibited for twenty years now.
Jasmine:
"It is a long story," he says. "I've not been there since it was deemed uninhabitable, twenty years ago."
Laci:
Zazigh gladly takes your paw and gets up.
"Thank you," he says. "No, I understand. I was injured in battle a couple years ago, and my partner refused to leave my side for days."
Everyone:
Zazigh takes off his backpack and opens it up.
"May as well share now," he says, pulling out a roundish red object with a sweet smell. "Who want's an apple? I've got enough for everyone."
Jasmine:
You notice Tellat licking her lips at the sweet smell, but you recall all too well that Tellat's digestive tract simply is not ready for solid foods like apples yet. But, it couldn't hurt to try, right?

"Why would you want to head out in an uninhabited place on a bad leg? Either way, I could eat, toss a couple my way, gotta give one to my friend here!" I say, gesturing to Tellat. She seemed to handle jerky fine, and meat's harder to digest ten fruit, so it would be fine most likely, I had a feeling she just needed to learn how to eat more then anything else.

Laci puts a hand over her stomach, "My stomach is a bit upset, so I think I'll have to pass on the apples..." She smiles sheepishly at the soldier.
