She felt Sharra's touch, and heard his voice, along with Mot, and even - Calder?! Her hand rested on Sharra's, but she made a face in the direction she presumed Mot to be in - she was wrong, as usual, and was instead somehow making a face at Shun at the way over at the table.

That reaper was going to hate her by the end of this night.

Very funny, Calder. And thank you for your concern, Sharra. The dance floor happens to wreak havoc on my eyes, but I'm fine up here, if someone - she pointedly glared at Shun - hadn't left me alone.

She shook her finger at Mot (but really ended up shaking it at Shun) and wrapped one hand around Calder's arm, tugging him back.

You shouldn't be trying to leave. You should be dancing. Everyone should.

"Nine point five out of ten, eh?" Mac parroted, trying his best so sound utterly devastated despite the grin on his face. "Where'd the other point five go?" He whined, giving her a little spin before pulling her against him again. What? He wanted her to have fun, it totally wasn't an attempt to appreciate her outfit! Really.

The Reaper went on to be distracted by the dance off, and he laughed pretty much the whole time. "WOOOOO GO JERICHO!" He called out, hand cupped around his mouth so he could be heard over the music. The others didn't do so bad of course, but he had to be completely amused by the way the Dragon decided to hip thrust for a dance.

"Ah, excuse me, Maritess." He said apologetically, shimmying through the crowd to join Jericho's amusing little hip-thrusting dance. Ba ha ha

Amrita, in the meantime, had been amusing herself with Charlie...right up until he was pulled to her feet and dragged onto the dance floor.

"Ah! U-uhm! Charlie!" She whined, moving to dance with him...only hers was more swaying with light arm movements. Okay, she was just swaying. The arm movements were all Charlie, and after a while she realized he was leading, so... Her dance was all Charlie, and a little of her trying to not fall.

The ghost boil grinned, wiggling his fingers at his ghoulfriend as she waved at him. Yes, he'd seen. "Did great, babe!" He was proud of her for going up there and giving it all she had, and her dancing had actually been good. Of course that did not mean she wasn't in store for a bit of punishment when she came back to him. And she would have to come back to him eventually.

He watched as she moved towards Shehk, grin turning into something sly and contemplative. She could go and have a chat with her friend, he could wait. In fact, he had a half beast to actually greet. Keeping one ear open for the announcements of the winners, the boil made his way over to Bul, smacking his friend on the shoulder. "Nice moves."

He gave the monster a quick glance over, nodding his approval. "Nice threads too, you look nice, Bro."

"I want to dance some - but you have things to sort out?" Siddie peeked up at Sammy from under her bangs, curious. "I don't want to have to interrupt our fun for stuff you need to do, if you need to do stuff. What kind of things?"

Aislin was thrilled, entertained, and just all around downright delighted. She didn't even care when Cady crammed her face right up against her's so she could use the mic to announce who she thought should win.

For a few moments the two ScreeJay's seemed to converse, pointing at a few dancers and quarreling a bit until finally leaning back away Ash cleared her throat, looking towards the other two ginger haired boils on the dance floor with a grin.

Taryn sucked in her lips and put her hand out, palm down, to offer it to Joachim. She had never held a boy's hand, but what better time was there than prom? This boy was not particularly intimidating either, which was rather nice.

That had been fun, but the buzz it gave wore off quickly, Shehk picking up her shoes and removing herself as far away from the dance floor as she possibly could. She found a seat and sat down in it, sighing and pulling her feet up onto her chair with her, dress still tied around her knees as she pulled them up against her chest and laid her head on top of them with a sigh.

She was pretty intent on taking her leave soon.

Mot stared at Riley... as she pointed to a different reaper.

Huh.

Mot backed away, letting Shun take the fall. Instead, he was soon caught by his original date of the evening. "Lizzy!" He said in delight, seeming a lot more energetic and giddy than usual. It must have been all the dancing and flying getting to his head. He gave the ghoul a strong hug to greet her letting her go and looking to where Lizzy was pointing.

..."Healthy? I'll check and see." He patted the ghoul on the shoulder, and jogged up to the now pair of boils staring a hip thrust line.
