Kana smiled, "Alright. Well I'm glad to hear that." She replied before putting her hands behind her back. "What do you think Dear old Dad is planning?"

"If he's still like he was back then, he's probably planning on trying to manipulate Kaitou to his side now that he knows of the insane demonic self. After that, he could easily turn anyone into a servant who fears him or a wall decoration. He seems to really hate you and me so he'll probably use us as wall decorations or fertilizer without the option of being a servant. That's at least what I'd imagine him doing," Rath answered rather bluntly.

"Looks like we have more in common.." She said quietly before closing her eyes for a moment. "I lost mine when I was between the ages of 12-14..I don't even remember the exact age anymore... Ever since he came in my life, my life been a living nightmare. Everything is so blurred." Her voice drifted as she talked. She then took a seat on the floor before putting her knees to her chest. "You're the first I told as well.." She paused for a moment, "Chi-chi almost lost her's around that age..But..I prevented it."

"We definitely have a lot more in common than I thought we would," Rath murmured softly as he sat across from Kana, his fingers tracing a scar along the outside of his right arm. "You protected your sister as I did my own... Unfortunately, there were some things I couldn't prevent... Only difference between us is our gender and our memories... Mine are still quite vivid and sleeping doesn't come easily to me. The pictures in my room were the ones my mother or Mimi took of me after each time they found me curled up in the hall half-conscious. She was planning on divorcing dad and taking us with her, but... She didn't last that long..."

"I know what you mean..I couldn't protect Chi-chi sometimes as well.. Which I regret greatly." She said but was quiet for a moment. "No matter how hard you try the memories will never fade. I'm sorry to hear that..Sadly my mother didn't know anything till it was to late."

"It happens," Rath sighed softly as he leaned back against the refrigerator door. "I hope he doesn't try anything else anytime soon... I'll probably shatter mentally if he does like a glass hitting the floor after falling out of the cabinet."
"What are you two talking about?" Nana asked from the doorway although her eyes seemed to be focused on Kaitou sitting on the stairs with Chi-Chi in his lap.

"I know what you mean.." Kana replied before sighing. Kana looked up at Nana and thought for a moment. "Music and entertainment." She replied in a calm and laid back voice. She was glad she was a good liar. She cleared her mind of what they were really talking about. She then looked back at Rath.

"Right. So, Kaitou and I thought we should take shifts on who is on lookout for any signs of dad while the others, say, take a nap," Nana answered with a slight hum.
