Justin made another ice slide, charging his way to the ship Sonic and Shadow were on. He found the locked door, then froze it with cold air. He then smashed it to pieces, staring at the body of Knuckles. He then turned to face Shadow, pulling out Cerberus. "You've gone too far." He told him, giving him a glare.
Dante stopped, then looked at Doll. "Then do it." He told him.

Tails Doll nodded. He did the purple-cover-thing, like when he transported the guys to space, and they vanished. When they appeared, they were in the same control room as Luna and Rouge.

Shadow looked up, but not at Justin, at the security camera. "You three've been watching me through that, haven't you? Damn, I knew I should have destroyed it."
"BUSTED!" Sonic pointed a finger at Shadow. "Not much of a spy anymore, are you?! Just public enemy number two! Metal being first, of course."
"Doesn't matter. I don't need to stay hidden any longer." Shadow sighed, closing his eyes and opening them again(but longer then a blink). "Luna, don't think badly of me. You know why I'm doing this...."

Luna looked up when Shadow said her name. She buried her face again, though. "I do. I just wish you'd stop....."
Tails blinked, confused. "Huh..?"

Justin held a claw to Shadow's neck. "I don't care why you did it. You turned on us, and Knuckles' body is proof of that." He hissed, ready to pull it across Shadow's throat at any moment.
Dante looked at Tails. "Alright. Where are the weapon systems on this thing?" He asked.

"I don't give a damn what you think." Shadow closed his eyes. "But what are you waiting for? I'm vulnerable, unarmed, and have a claw to my throat. Just remember it'd be more blood spilled." Then, he added softly, so only Justin could hear, "Not to mention that when I died, Rouge would think you a b*****d for making Luna upset."
"Shadow, I hate killing, but sometimes, it's the only answer...." Sonic picked up the pistol Shadow had thrown on the ground.

Tails absent-mindedly pointed at a control panel. His eyes were glued to the monitor, and they were as wide as dinner plates.

Justin's eyes widened. Shadow was a traitor, but he had a point. Luna would be upset, and Rouge was close with her. Sure, he would be avenging Knuckles, but he would also hurt Luna, and maybe Rouge. His claw didn't move an inch, as he was given a hard decision.

"Justin....ggmmmhh....Let him go. ....For now....." Knuckles mumbled, not moving otherwise. "Wait.....Until Luna sees....He's a b*****d. She....ugh.....loves him too much."
Sonic, dropped the gun, kneeling next to Knuckles. "Knux!" He pushed the part-echidna over onto his back. Removing his hand, there was a bleeding bullet wound.
Knuckles' breathing was heavy. "And...Shadow......" He managed a small smirk. "Your aim was off...."
"You always were stubborn." Shadow muttered, looking down at him.

Justin listened to Knuckles, then lowered his claw. He gave Shadow a hateful glare, then moved to the others.
Dante saw that Tails was occupied, so he looked to Doll. "Mind hacking the guns on this thing? I'm no good with machines." He asked.

"Until later, then." Shadow vanished. Whether he disappeared or just ran out of the room super quickly wasn't clear.
"Why'd you let him escape, you knucklehead?" Sonic asked. But it wasn't really an insult.
"Didn't...Want Rouge to hate Justin...You saw...how she was....when she hated me." Knuckles replied, forcing himself to sit up a bit. "Ugh God....His aim may have been off, but it still hurt like the devil...."

Doll nodded. He floated over to the panel and began messing with the controls.
"Why do I get the feeling Shadow's going to come here next...?" Tails asked to nobody in particular, eyes wide.

Justin almost smiled at what Knuckles said. He didn't completely smile because it was a bit ironic. If Knuckles knew how Justin felt, he'd probably want Rouge to hate him.
Dante looked over at Tails. "If he does, I can handle him." He said, putting his hands on Ebony and Ivory, his huge twin guns.
Meanwhile, thanks to Doll's hacking, the ship began firing upon the rest of the fleet.

"Can you now, Dante?" said Shadow, appearing in the doorway, hands in his pockets. "But that won't be nessesary. I'm not here for Tails.
Luna pulled away from Rouge's hug, looking at Shadow. "Then who are you here for?" She asked, taking a step back.
Shadow removed a hand from his pocket, pointing at Luna. "You." He replied.
Rouge hissed, stepping infront of Luna. "Don't you even think about hurting Luna, you b*****d!"
"So what now? Where do you think we head to next?"Sonic asked, looking up at Justin.

Dante turned to face Shadow, with a cocky smirk. "Not gonna happen, Sunshine. I think you've traumatized the little lady quite enough." He said, drawing Ebony and Ivory, then firing a barrage of bullets at Shadow.
Justin thought for a bit. "Sonic, I think Shadow's gone after the others. Take Knux and go find them. I'll find the main ship, and meet ya there later." He told him.

Shadow, once again, seemingly vanished.
"Where'd he go?!" Rouge glanced around, hands in fists.
"Make any sudden movements, and she gets a bullet to the brain." Tails and Rouge spun around, seeing Shadow's arm around Luna's neck, a handgun to the side of her head.
"Shadow, let go of me!" Luna whimpered, trying to pull his arm off.
"I know this has been said a billion times already, BUT YOU HAVE COMPLETE LOST YOUR MIND, SHADOW!!" Rouge yelled.
Sonic nodded. He put Knuckles' arm around his shoulders, helping the part-echidna stand.

Justin did his ice slide thing again, speeding off to try and find the main ship.
Dante hissed. He couldn't do anything without Luna getting killed, and he didn't want the girl's blood on his hands.

"Metal wants to speak with her." Shadow replied coolly.
"THAT BETTER BE ALL HE DOES, OR YOU'LL BOTH BE IN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL!" Rouge shouted, obviously pissed off.

After fighting through an army of robots, Justin finally made it to the main ship. "Now to wait for the others." He said.
