Marushii Chobi_Chocobo Marushii Chobi_Chocobo Marushii Chobi_Chocobo Monsters were popping up all over the place. Tahki was surprised when a crazed elephant attacked Julian. Where were all these things coming from? Moving on looked more and more like a good option by the second. Every moment spent in this place was a moment a monster could attack. Tahki didn't want to see her friends have to fight anymore. Not if she could help it.  Monsters were quite literally popping up all over. Just like the one that pops up in front of Tahki! "HIIIIIIII!" HP: 6Tahki was just about to aid Julian when all of a sudden... Hi? Taken by surprise Tahki falls backwards. As quickly as she is down though the gryphon is back up and charges the thing and misses. What? HP: 23MissThe AWESUM in the box bobbed up and down and up and down, giving a face-punching grin to the gryphoness. "HIIIIIIII!" It squeaked again. "HIIIIIIIII!" HP: 6Confusion strikes the gryphoness. Was this thing even really a monster or just a dangerous toy? Not about to risk finding out she attacks it again by awkwardly swinging her claws at it. If Tahki was able to speak she'd be saying 'Oh dear' right now. HP: 23MissThe toy bounced back and forth as the gryphoness slashed at it, dodging her attacks. "HIIIIII DO YOU LIKE MY HAT I LIKE IT ITZ AWESUM!!!!!!!111111" it squealed. HP: 6Looking up Tahki looks at the hat before shes hit in the eye with it. Owwwwww. That was enough of that! Getting her butt kicked was not in her plans. Specially not in front of Julian. So the gryphoness did her best to go in for another attack. HP: 191 damage

Marushii Dragain [2 more hours. owo]
Lizzy had just followed the group silently, not sure what to expect; when Julian got attacked - in owl form no less - the feeling of helplessness came back. While he was rather battered after, Amrita's healing bells came in handy; she couldn't help but feel proud of the Undead ghoul, although she felt a little upset at herself for not doing anything but way since they started the journey.
"We're almost there," She squinted her eyes, noticing a bridge in the distance, "I think... Next stop is Christmas town..." There was a hint of excitement in her voice as she smiled, "That means Sandy Claw's place is getting nearer!" "Hup! Two! Three! Ow!" Something bumped into Lizzy's leg, and looking down... oh geeze, was it another elephant?! The elephant reels back, then stares. "WHO PUT THIS THING HERE?!" It yelled, trunk waggling back and forth. HP: 5
Lizzy's HP: 25 - 2 = 23

Israfel felt terrible for the small kitten student, but....His friends had moved on for the most part. Twittering back and forth, Israfel pouted at the small orange cat. "I'm sorry but I need to go uh-" How could he keep the poor guy warm? Wait. Looking down at his coat, the coat tail...and he always carried his sewing kit...yes. He could do it. In fact, he was sure he could. pulling out the thread scissors, Israfel snipped at his coat, ripping the tails off. It didn't bother him much, considering it was probably infected with JOY and would burned once he was safe in Halloweentown again. A few more snips, a few tears and sewing the pieces....
"TA DAH!" It was a tiny kitten size coat. and little kitten mittens too. Did the siren just sew five things in super fast time? Yes he did. This is what happened when you gave Israfel to much spare time. He sewed. And got hella good at it. Freaky good.
Maneuvering the cat into his new winter wear, the remaining scraps were set on the snow. "I hope this'll be better for you." Pulling the student from his coat, Israfel placed him on the still dry scraps. "Stay safe okay. er hold on-" He pulled out his toterror, who had been napping. "It's dangerous to go alone. Take this." The toterror woke as it was dropped into the snow, making faces at Israfel before eying the cat warily.
Taking Lucien by the hand Israfel nodded. "Lets go." A small wave to the cat. "Good luck!"
(Heading into Zone 3)

Sin watched as Junko got excited and then the other ghoul was running across the bridge and towards Christmastown. Sin dropped the rest of her peanuts and moved to jog after her worried.
"Junko wait up!" She picked up her pace running across the bridge and calling back to Alcie. "Come on!" She didn't like the idea of them being separated even for a moment. Besides who knew what lay in wait in Christmastown.

When nudged, the box tipped open to reveal... a shiny present? Huh. Weird. HP: 0LOOT:

The outfit was unbearably bright and it definitely did need to get burned. "That would explain a lot. JOY just seems to make things a little crazy and now I can't help but wonder what elves look like. Probably just like gnomes.... but worse..." Alcie really didn't understand the point of JOY... It seemed all rather pointless but she just sounded like a typical Halloween denizen.
Now she was just rambling because she really didn't know what else to talk about but at least they were getting closer to their destination. Her mind started wandering again and she dreamed of being back in her room surrounded by her fish tanks. Sitting next to the river and listening to the water flow sounded so nice right now. She would never take little things such as that for granted ever again.
They were getting closer to the bright lights and Alcie had lagged a little behind. As she saw Junko and Sin run off, she waved them off and called out, "I'll catch up in a bit!"

Turning away from the owl demon Samantha moved back to the trail marching towards what everyone seemed to indicate was the end of the island. What would lay in Christmas town? Probably these Elves that had been mentioned here and there. Just another gnome though right? Easy to deal with just like a gnome minus the whole FEAR corrupting JOY. Crunching along the path she watched as everyone started to move quicker, a bridge could be seen in the distance though the other end was blocked by a shower of snow, she figured it was another hours run to get to it and across.
Christmas Town lay in waiting.
Hefting her bag Sammy started to jog. Don't screw up Nuk, if you let Shehk get hurt or your self I'm going to give you hell for it!
