Yesterday Apekz sparked an enlightenment that we needed a true chakra system in the guild so that way it's not over looked and people start god modding at will with jutsu. Though Apekz sparked it with a learning system that then sparked up a bunch of stuff in the idea forum. That's what is going on ^^
As for the rp i do not know what's going on in the other villages besides my own.
