Heeeeey Liiiiiiiiilly are you done with the rules and formats for TuP summons? Cause I wanna make a Ram summon for Havik to learn so he can ride around and a huge epic ram with a huge epic seat and be all... huge and epic.
And the sooner I start the sooner I can look it over and be all... well this isn't right... Ok this need to be nerfed... Woo! finish... ahh shiiit now I gotta... GRAWWW...
Then eventually be done mrgreen

We have the format pretty much finished though Kage and I are still discussing about rules and such. If you like, I can send you the template so you can get started though once the rules come out you'll just have to edit it accordingly. Sounds fair?

Are there really only 5 RPCs in Oto? If not, better post in the profile thread...

As Hikaro has just stated, if you wish to retain your RPC in Oto, you need to move your profile to the new thread quickly. The old thread is being deleted soon, and any RPCs that haven't been accounted for at that time will be deleted along with it.
Also, activity. We're not the slowest, but we are one of the slowest moving villages in POTS right now. All of you who haven't moved your profiles, also haven't posted as your RPC in a good while either. We can easily be the strongest village, but we need everyone's help.
That applies to those who have moved their profiles already and just aren't posting too. Cobra and I can do a lot for this village, but the one thing we can't do, is make it a successful active part of POTS without your help.

So are the sound nin getting any type of Genin test, or are we just Genin now? Not that Shin would really know what that means, I am just curious.

1. He can squash you good.
2. He holds all your STUFF! This means he could also throw tons of stuff in any direction you tell him to... or you could pull things out of his magical chocobo feathery pockets and throw them at people in a hilarious manner.
3. He probably smells bad... maybe a distraction?
4. His enormity makes for a hilarious shield... of fat indestructibility.

I do have a test planned, just not quite ready to implement it yet. On that note, I believe the new promotion thingy came with a free D rank jutsu or three, if so, what did you use it on? Edit: Nevermind, it didn't. Well, I'll figure something out for ya. Just need you all to learn one more jutsu.

I have an idea of what we can initiate, but it requires the use of NPCs.
(Not that either myself or Hinote will have trouble creating one)
