Aud grins, seeing Horus. "Oi! You!" she says, her accent becoming thick. She smiles, walking over to him. "You been in other dojos before? First one I've been in..." She trails off, glancing around.
Alec smirks, watching Aud walk over to Horus. He walks over to a closet and begins looking through the interesting things he finds.

 Carter/Horus Horus's eyes focused on her, grinning slightly. "Ones much better than this." He said, making his eyes glow slightly. Why? The Egyptians he saw didn't focus on his eyes... Mostly because they were mesmerizing. "First one I was in was in Aaru." Aaru was the Egyptian 'heaven' of sorts.

 She almost blushed at her feeling of awe for the place when Horus said he's seen much better. She smiled. "Aaru? Was it...nice?" She asked, becoming curious.

Carter/Horus Horus was still smiling. "You ever imagine heaven? That's the equivalent of heaven for ancient Egyptians." he said, realizing he hadn't introduced himself. "I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself. I'm Horus." He offered his hand for her to shake.

Aud nodded. "Huh...." She heard him introduce himself and took his hand with hers. She shook it smiling. "Over there's Alec, but if I were you I'd ignore him." She says, glancing towards Alec to see what he was up too. She looked back at Horus. "And I am Aud." After a moment she realized she was still shaking his hand. Aud quickly took it away, looking at the ground to hide her face.
Trying to make it seem like she didn't care, she looked back at up at him, smiling. "So you're trained with a weapon then, aye? Since, well, you've been to so many dojos, right?"

Carter/Horus Horus's eyes drifted over to Alec, memorizing his face and associating his name with it before looking back at Aud. He did the same for her. Of course, he didn't understand why she was so embarrassed to be shaking his hand for so long, he wasn't the god of wisdom... Then again, he didn't really understand the modern human. "I guess you could say that... But being the god of war, vengeance and hunting helps." That was his way of saying 'Hey, I'm actually an Egyptian god!'

Aud grins. "Vengeance, war, and hunting? Wow." She smiles, "I'm just your average shapeshifter, nothing special."
Again, she looked at the ground then back up to Horus. "So...What can you do?" she asks, her accent soft.

Carter/Horus Horus usually liked to side with the shapeshifters in any war they were in, that was why Tut died, after all. He wasn't a shapeshifter and he tried to host Horus... Which failed miserably. "Being a shapeshifter isn't nothing special, I'm a bit of a a shapeshifter myself..." He said, suddenly becoming a falcon. "The falcon is just my favorite... I can usually just transform into birds." His eyes were still silver in the left and gold in the right.

Aud grinned. "I shift only into a raven, though I can be different ravens." She said with a laugh. "I can be one of the alaskan ravens, the big ones you know." she adds. "Or just a normal english one." She smiles. Pondering what to say for a moment, she looks down at Horus in his falcon form. "I hope you don't mind me asking, but what's up with your eyes?" she asked, her bold side coming out.

Carter/Horus Horus changed into his normal self. Her explanation on the different types of ravens made him smile a bit. "Golden for the sun, silver for the moon. I usually don't mention that part of my domain, most people think I'm a lunatic." He stopped himself when he realized he was rambling a bit.

Aud smiled. "That's really cool. Um...I had a dog who had different colored eyes once..." She laughed at her stupidity. Alec couldn't hold it in, "Most people think Aud is a lunatic as well. She's very um...you could say "up-front" about things." He says, muffled from the closet.

Carter/Horus Horus chuckled lightly. "Good to know." He was joking of course, but it was kinda funny how she just randomly said it. His mind matched Alec's voice with his face and name automatically, not something he wanted to do, just a habit.

 Aud almost growled towards Alec. "I just think people should know what I'm thinking." She turned back to Horus, slightly annoyed. "Um....I'm sorry..." She looked at her feet. "Er...Anyway, You said you were pretty good with a weapon, right? Wanna duel?"

Carter/Horus Horus didn't see why that made her angry, he'd admitted to being a lunatic many times, but again, he didn't get the modern human. "Yeah, sure. I'm up for a duel." He said, reaching over to his side and pulling a sword from nowhere.
