Alright. WoE on Sakray is coming up thursday. I want us all to be prepared. If you're close to 99 now, stay there. Wait until after WoE to go advanced class. Being in guild wars myself on the main server, I have a heads up of how these things run.
Storming the castle:
Alright. Many castles have guardians. These will kill hunters/sins/anything else with 6k or under hp in a couple hits or so. We send in the tanks (aka, saders) to take the hits while the others pass. Remember, whatever it takes, keep the assassins ALIVE. ESPECIALLY katar sins...for they break emperiums like none other. The goal in the emperium room is not to kill everyone in there, but to break the emperium to take the castle. Being the first guild war, I doubt there will be guardians or...many people for that matter. We need to meet early for this...but...uh, the time. I'll come back to that.
What will we do this thursday:
This is my plan. Don't even try for the Prontera castles. It isn't worth it. I would like to go for the Geffen castles if anything. That and I am familiar with the layout (takes you don't get a map of it when you're inside). STAY IN THE GROUP. Do not run ahead. that's...dumb. Let me lead the way. I would like to take Geffen 5 (I'll show you where that is). I know my way around in there because Grim Eternity held it for a while on the main server. So, we meet in Geffen and walk there in a group. We'll gather outside the castle entrance. We will enter as a group, tanks first. I will lead the way to the emperium room. There, the assassins will go to work destroying the emperium while the others stand guard. Unfortunately, we have no wizards. This is going to impact us greatly. We also need hunters. Wizards to spam spells such as storm cast and quagmire, and hunters to set ankle snares. Saders are HARD to take down. TRUST ME. x_x GC is a killer. >D
At this point in time, I don't think we will be able to take more than one castle.
THAT PLAN ABOVE OR THIS ONE:
We COULD take the upper right Pront castle. I don't think there are MVPs in there. I know my way around in there too. It's the castle Grim Eternity currently holds on the main server. Same plan as above, just it's in Pront.
Remember...always stay in a group and try not to do your own thing. We have to act as one solid unit if we expect to survive. If you have suggestions, please say so. Just don't direct during a WoE as it gets extremely confusing and frustrating for people. I know this back from my days in Crusade.

Well, looks like I'm going sin on this one. Barring direct orders that's my highest leveled character, though I might be able to get my sniper to the 90's if you really need me to try. Mage is completely out of the question for me.
Geffen's probably our best bet as it's NOT in Pront.

Kinmoku lol, does ANYONE play on the main server anymore? or is it just me? mrgreen Pi and someone else do, I'm also going to start on the main server again eventually after I get the advanced classes going to see what they're like. edit: ARG! What's the deal with the Skaray server closing itself over and over again in the morning like this?! gonk

With a little work I could get Streamjumper, Volk, or Owain up to viable levels. I don't know what use I'd be with Kern without piles of cards. And to be honest, it might be for the best if I try to ding 99 today, rebirth, and build up as a cross sin. Last night's debacle with the orc and mistress made a point with me. Namely that my build is mostly PvM. I don't do much PvP so I wouldn't know how good I am there. sweatdrop

since it sounds like y'all need a high priest on sakray, I'm going to build one. before I do though, I need to know if I need to be moderately battle ready, or pure support? If we need pure support, then I'm going to build a battle priest and try to have all the stuff for a memory wipe together by next WoE.
