That's how Honeyfern died in PO3, Leafpool even stated herself that "There is nothing I can do". Unless Leo and Timber put out that there's a cure, you just spelled out your own death.}} ((No, there is a cure. There is a type of herb that draws venom out of fresh wounds. Plus, due to the frequent snake attacks on Seaclan if there was no cure there would be many dead cats, including Phenonixice, Dragonfire, Freeezeshadow, Pettalpaw, Foxfire, Nightflame, etc. The medicine cat has experience with Snakebites in Seaclan. 3nodding ))

(( I'd like to know the name of the herb, bnuddy, and cats don't know how to cure snake bites with venom, so that theory is out... plus, as we discussed, drawing the venom out doesn't exactly cure its effects. The duration from the bite to treatment and the amount and poisonousness of the venom are big factors.))

(I thought the only way to stop the venom spreading was open up the wound and suck the blood out, and if it doesn't work you have to amputate the limb to stop the poison spreading, but I could be wrong.)

(( There is an herb that draws poison out, according to Buddy. I'll have to look into that. It might not draw all the poison out, but drawing enough out so that it's no longer a mortal bite could be useful enough. ))

Hearing a voice and pawsteps behind him, he whisked around only to see a Breezeclan queen staring at him. What was her problem? She was looking at him as though she had just seen a ghost.]
