Bavira smiled. "Thanks, Lore!" He looked back at Jack. "I'm glad you feel beter. I didn't want you to catch a cold because of me!"

Lore looked to the sky. "Ah, it's that time alraedy? Very well then, a treat. Bavira, my son, I'll show you how to hunt, but conservatively. This way, you can be an excellent fisherman as well!" She smiled.
Bavira's eyes widened. "Hunt!?" He sounded...not thrilled.

Bavira looked at Jack. "You really think so?" He stilled seemed unsure. "Well, I'll learn it if that's the case."
Lore smiled. "Good. Then let's begin. First, we need to submerge ourselves for the advantage..." She sunk beneath the waves and Bavira followed suit after telling Jack he'd be back.

Two or three hours later, Bavira returned with Lore looking sullen.
Lore sighed. "Hunting...really isn't you, it seems."
Bavira hung his head. "I can't help it! I chase them down, I se them, and then I lose all desire to eat them..."
"That kind of attitude would leave you starving..." Lore said.

Lore then nodded. "Oh yes, before we end for the day, I must tell you this. As a dragon, you'll be VERY sensitive to the presence of gold. In the mind of a dragon, gold is more important than life itself. Why, a dragon can't survive without it!"
