Ivan saw Ni'awtu fall and sweared under his breath. He fired at the rogues killing two of them and took cover behind a tree to prevent getting injured

Omocan becoming scared for his mother and trying to get her up/

Ivan sees a rogue trying to shoot Omocan and he tackles the rogue against a tree. The rogue tries to punch him but Ivan draws out his knife and lands a few slices on the rogue's chest. Ivan finishes the rogue off by stabbing the rogue in the back and the rest run off. "We need to get your mother medical aid." Ivan says. "How injured is she?"

Ni'awtu having a nasty shot in her side keeping her eyes closed. Omocan looking at Ivan iwth fear.

Ryvn pulled out a trauma kit. "The wound appears to have missed any vital organs. It's deep, but she should be fine." he said. "I can field dress the wound easilly." he told both Omocan and Ivan, readying his medkit.

Omocan hugging onto Ni'awtu and starts to hiss at Ryvn having tears down his face.

"Calm yourself Omocan." Ivan says to Omocan. "He knows what he's doing, that medkit will help your mother heal."

As Ryvn began working, he pulled the bullet out and frowned. ".308 round... She was lucky it was just a ricochet wound." he said as he stitched the wound closed, bandaging it so as to stop the wound's bleeding. "Those stitches will dissolve harmlessly when the wound heals fully. She will live." he said when he finished, sweat beading on his brow.

Omocan hugging onto his mother close as he nuzzles her.
Ni'awtu slowly waking up and looking at the stitches on her side and then looks at her son and smiled softly at him.

Ryvn stood up, smiling as he closed his medkit. He watched the two for a minute then turned. "My job has been done." He said softly before he turned and headed off.

Ryvn heard some movement then turned around to look at Ni'awtu. His eyes widened in surprise as she motioned for him to stay.

Ryvn smiled slightly, but as quickly as it had come, it was gone. "You're going to want to be gentle with it for a while, but you'll live."
