Clan Bonuses - Anigan is an eye blood line trait passed down though the blood of Ikari Chiroku, the first to possess Anigan. Anigan allows the possessor to gain abilities and traits of animals in addition to a small increase of the five senses. This general increase in senses can he heightened through training, without using an animal's abilities.
(All senses are heightened and physical abilities are +1 rank)
Tactical Ninja - These Ninja are the smartest throughout the shinobi world, and their quick wit allows them to come up with jutsu and moves to counter attacks faster then regular ninja. They learn faster then normal ninja, allowing them to train with minimal effort, and can even seem to innately understand jutsu, allowing them to treat them as lower ranking for the purposes of learning. Experts of reading ahead, these ninja can perform higher ranked jutsu with less time spent setting up their attacks, making their actions and counter-attacks faster then normal.
(-4 posts for learning jutsu, Quick mind allows for faster actions and counters)
Combo User - The combo type is for ninja who use there jutsu in a chain to help deliver a devastating overall effect. Stringing multiple jutsu together, these ninja are dangerous, but also drain their chakra fvery quickly... forcing them to finish the fight off fast by overwhelming their opponents.

Yoite nodded and stood up. "Thank you, Lady Raikage. I must be on my way now." Yoite exited the room. Once he closed the door behind him, he sprinted off towards the mountains with great speed.

Genin/Fuuton/Kumogakure  Oveon moved to one side as a person he didn't know left the Raikage's office. 'Seems like she might have finished just in time.' He thought to himself as he walked to the door of the office. Oveon sighed softly he was always so nervous whenever he came to see her. Genin/Fuuton/Kumogakure Oveon opened the door and bowed to Sosay. "Sorry if I am disturbing any plans Raikage this won't take long." He said softly as closed the door behind him and looked over to Sosay crossing his arms. "I was woundering if you had any scrolls for defensive jutsu or styles?" Walking around her desk she open a drawer. "So a scroll on Defense jutsu or style... I'm not sure if I have any at the moment. Once she told him about the library he smiled. "Thank you very much Raikage I will be sure to do that. Have a good day ma'am." --------------------------------------------------- Haruka arrived at the Raikage's Office building. She had to find someone to teach her medical jutsus and also get promoted to a higher rank. So she thought it was a good idea to talk to the Raikage. Haruka walked in the building and headed to the office's door. She knocked on the door and waited for a reply. The Raikage could be busy with something and it wouldn't be polite to walk in someone's office without permision.---------------------------------------------------

”Sometimes you lose a battle…” With a little help from the locals Chihiro found the Raikage's office. Once it came in sight though he teen noticed an older lady knocking on the door. Seeing that he could just enter the office with her, Chihiro calmly walked up beside her. He stared at the door for a moment, creating a small amount of awkward tension between the two, and then glanced at her. "Hi, I'm Chihiro." he smiled as he introduced himself.

The best thing he could do while he waited was to try and get more information on the village before he'd try to join it.
