Hakura is a rather unbuilt woman in comparison to the Saiyan norms. She has been pushed down the warrior's path and, as such, does not have the passion for it that one might expect. Though small in stature, standing at a mere 5'1", Hakura can still pack quite a bit of a punch for someone of her class. Her body shape is similar to the typical Saiyan female; medium-sized breasts, a strong abdomen, and wide hips.
Black, spiky hair falls to the middle of her back and is often drawn back off of her body. Her bangs are wild and hang in her face. Almond-shaped brown eyes peer out from beneath think black lashes. Her face is relatively thin, and her lips are pale and slender.
Hakura tends to wear strictly pink armor, varying from bikini-cut long or tank sleeves to a full suit. Her chest armor stays strictly to a one-shouldered, long piece. Her scouter is red and not particularly interesting.
She also has a small wardrobe of Earth clothes for walking around the city and such.

Hakura is very reserved, not uncommon among Saiyans, though her reservation lies in shyness and ackwardness rather than quiet thought or contempt. She has a relatively kind personality, and is not very good at picking fights.
She does have her more violent moments. Once buried into a fight, a passion for blood shines through that usually lies dormant. Her anger is also quite untamed and has gotten her into more tifts than she cares to admit.

Hakura was the middle child of Bardock, a quiet girl with a low battle power. Like the other low-level infants, she was sent off to a distant planet. At the age of seven, she had cleared the lowly planet of most of it's inhabitants and was retrieved by Radditz. For a time, she spent most of her days training with Radditz or accompaning him to whichever planet he was sent to. After a few years, her time was slowly being divided between Radditz and Prince Vegeta. Though raised to be a warrior, Vegeta had needs and claims to a mate just as the princes before him. At the age of 19, Hakura was taken away from him and sent off into space. Frieza's men had informed Vegeta that she had died, and he thought as such for the years following.
For many years, she was in a cryogenic state which also halted an unknown pregnancy. A few months after she awoke, she gave birth to twins, Vegetto and Kageta. She eventually started wandering the galaxy, having heard that the few remaining Saiyans had been destroyed.
A few years after the Majin Buu saga, Hakura landed on Earth. Having traveled all lengths of the galaxy, she had no real purpose. She had planned to stay for a while and then move on once more. Earth was the perfect planet for her. Low-power people and a beautiful landscape. She found herself settling in West City. It seemed more advanced than the rest of the Earth, so it was easy for her to adapt. Eventually, she found a job working at Capsule Corp, doing mundane tasks like janitorial and gofer work. One day, she stumbled upon a gathering that Bulma had put together. She was invited to join on a whim, and ackwardly made her way next to Bulma. After a few drinks, she finally calmed a bit, and decided to look around. It was about this time that she ran into Vegeta.
At first, she didn't recongnize him, dismissing him as a look-alike. She'd asked Bulma about him, and she revealed that it was indeed Vegeta and that they were married. It took her several days to work up the courage to speak with him, and he would not talk to her at first. She revealed her tail and explained that she had been sent away, not killed, all those years ago.
Even knowing this, Vegeta did not pay her much mind. He had his own family, and she did not make any move to interfere. They have formed some scrap of friendship, and she was given a few updates involving the existance of Super Saiyans and the revelation that her brother was alive.
~Custom Attacks~: Star Scatter - A simple scatter-shot technique. Her ki glows blue with an orange tinge around the edges.
