Kirai allowed him to do so.... she had gotten use to how quickly her body healed. The flesh on her face, although it stung, was already growing back. Grabbing him by the boot, Kirai almost instantly was up on one knee, and slammed his body like a rag doll into the side of the RCS Building with enough force to potentially break bones, jumping back several yards after she did so. There was dirt on her neck and face, and her hair flipped over her head, but her expression remained the same... narrow wrath. Breaking out into laughter, her laughter like the ringing of bells, so sweet, she said, "Allow me to clarify." Her shadow was taking control. "The number of people who have been affected by this spat with my dearly ex husband are pale in comparison to the number of people I have killed personally, blade to skin... Hundreds, maybe more than a thousand, I have personally slayed?" Raising her hand to her neck, some of the dirt came off to her hand, which she then moved away from her neck and examined. She was thankful he had not harmed the black lace choker around her neck, nor had he harmed her clothing. "Irregardless..." Her fangs showed for a split second in the moonlight. Her expression calmed down, to be almost tranquil.... beautiful and relaxed, cold as ice. "If you have made your final decision, to not 'stand to see me live', well, since my beloved Avarice murdered me, my heart does not beat, but apparently that is not what you are referring to.... then I have no choice to but fight back and potentially kill you."

" It is more than i am used to." Thorn assured him, waiting just inside the door as he looked around.. asking curtly. " would you mind closeing the window? i'll get my stuff put away."

" 21." The door closed with a soft click, the lock turning soundlessly home. there was no sound as he crossed the room, catching Cole's chin as he pressed his other hand agains the wall next to him.. firmly cageing him in as he said quietly, forceing Cole to meet his gaze. " You will stop wasteing your life like this, the next time you drink it will be with me." at some point he had taken off his eye cover, holding Cole's gaze calmly with his odd eyes.

With a rumble of approval Thorn returned the kiss, pressing Cole against the wall firmly as he felt his fangs snap down.. the sharp points nicking his lower lip. he didnt care, ignored it easily even, as he asked in his soothing whisper. " should I go..?" it was not too late to stop, but it was getting there fast.. he didnt want to stop, but if asked to do so.. he would try to obey.

Walking along path up to the RCS building, brought a smile to Edwards face. This place had been his home for so many years, and a safe place. Upon opening the door, and walking in he looked around. "Nothings changed." Slowly he walked the corridors, and hallways of the mighty building, seeing the scars of the past that no longer existed. "We've been through a lot haven't we?" He asked to himself.

Edward caught her in mid leap, and twirled her in place. "Dear sister. I am sorry to have troubled you so. I've been off on top secret missions." Missions that involved hiding so nobody knew about him being alive again, so word wouldn't get out. "But now I am back, and ready to help the good fight."
