Jayden TaylorSagittarius  Jayden glared at them as they ran. "Go ahead and run you cowards! This isn't over!" He spat, groaning softly as he tried to turn over to get to his feet. He stayed where he was, weakened.

Claira giggled, watching as they charged off in the opposite direction. Oh well, they had tried to place nicely, but apparently it simply did not work. "It's fine, we already have what we've come for anyways." During the scuffle, something knocked into the sealed box and opened it up entirely. She was not foolish enough to touch it with her hands, letting the vines that grew from her skin take the trinket inside and keep it safe for the others to see. "It's not responsive to me, maybe one of you will have better luck with it."

((dang it...my plan was that the clone of Leyton's stole the relic unnoticed, well that's what roleplaying's for, isn't it? Adjusting? xd Yeah, Sonny does need to come on...))
Ian was pouting as they sat in a nearby cafe'. He hated to turn tail and hide like they did, but they wouldn't have won anyway, they were still too weak...
Leyton stared at his food, feeling a little better, but still nauseous. He really needed to get Claira to spill what she had done to him...
Tera sat close to the group, but still separated, handling her trinket on her necklace again, it glowing slightly, in the sunlight, it would just look like the sun was glinting off of it. "We need to beat 'em to it next time."

SORRY!!! I've been so braindead for the past couple of weeks all because of projects and finals D: I'm back though! And the Leyton clone could've switched the relic with something else since it's "not responsive" ;D Unless I missed something when I read ^^;; 
Luckily for the good side Emma was a deadly, but horrible fighter. The water had pushed her against a pillar and knocked her out. Now that the room was silent, the only thing to be heard was Claira's voice, which woke Emma.
"Ley..den?" She moaned, she'd slurred the names, but it sounded more like Jayden to anyone in hearing distance.
Rayne looked uncertain, he hadn't helped at all and wasn't talking much. He stared at his hands as he twiddled his thumbs.
"Ahem, so...the relic...they have it now?" He asked, not meeting anyone's eyes.

Jayden TaylorSagittarius Jayden's eyes shot in Sonny's direction but he stayed where he was laying. "What Sonny? Are you alright over there?" He asked, rolling onto his stomach and pushing up with his hands and knees to stand. He stood in place, first slightly off balance, then he steadied himself and sent a shadow to the relic to test it. "Not responsive to me either." He confirmed, narrowing his eyes suspiciously at the relic. It looked strange. "It might be a relic meant for one on the good side." He spat the 'good side' part in disgust.

Aquarius Isora laid her head on Rayne's shoulder, her fatigue glazed eyes staring into space. "When will this fighting end?" She murmured to herself. She remembered the change in Sonny but also how easily it was to temporarily snap her out of it. She could be saved... Something was controlling her.

"Then it's trash to us." Claira scoffed, a bit disappointed in the matter. Whatever this artifact was, it seemed useless to them. There was supposed to be some great enhancement of power on contact, but that did not seem to be the case. "Would you like to take a rest here for the time being? We're not necessarily in the greatest conditions ourselves." She asked, sitting down on one of the large rocks tossed at her earlier. The good zodiac children would not be back for a while, hopefully long enough to find a useful relic or something.

“It’s just barely started, Isora. Don’t be a wimp,” Ian said pessimistically, not looking at anyone.
“Ian, don’t be rude because you’re upset and tired,” Leyton chastised, then turned to the rest of the group, “Well, judging by how many zodiac children, good and bad, there are, then we have quite a ways to go, especially since there will be two for one sign. But…I do have something that will make everyone feel better,” Leyton smiled and pulled out the trinket, a charm on an elastic band.
Tera’s eyes locked onto the trinket. “You stole it?” She asked in amazement.
Leyton nodded. "But it's for the other side. You can tell by the design and color," he said, pointing.

Jayden TaylorSagittarius Jayden sighed, sitting on the floor and leaning against the wall with his eyes closed. "Resting sounds appealing to me. Wonder why the relic drew us to it if it's not responsive." He muttered without opening his eyes.

"It's strange, it was supposed to give off some kind of reaction..." She trailed off, a thought of horror crossing her mind. Carefully, she reduced the vines in her hand and let the relic fall in her hands. It took her a moment to realize that it was fake. Enraged, she dropped it to the ground and smashed it with her foot. "We've been had! Just great." Her look was positively venomous, and she sighed. It looked like there was something belonging to them that the good zodiac children had now. Peachy.

Leyton smiled. "It keeps the power out of their hands. If we have this, then we have the upper hand," he faltered, "But they will probably notice soon that the one they found was a fake, so we can't get too cocky," Leyton cast his eyes around the group, but mostly to Ian. Ian just shrugged.
Tera grinned. "That's great! Now we just need to recover today and then we can continue looking for the other ones!"

Emma crawled over to Jayden and rested her head on his shoulder. She giggled and said dazed,"Sneaky little brats...we'll have to pay better attention to them...Sorry for getting out so easily" She closed her eyes and sighed. Being closer to Jayden seemed to feel stronger.
Rayne nodded. "Let's get going, I don't want to run into another fight..." He said uninterested and rose, but shrugged to let Isora know he was going to move.
