Luciano knew that Twi's magic had no effect on him when using Dark Matter, suddenly Luciano felt weak. He had reached the limit. He knew that once his control wore off he was vulnerable to an attack. He mumbled a small chant in Drow and he had suddenly 'disappeared'. Luciano had teleported into the nearest tree. The only thing Twi could hear was Luciano's voice coming from all sides, "And now you ARE the infection. The infection within MY domain." Luciano was bleeding pretty heavily, but Twi was bleeding just as bad. He was afraid the bleeding would give him away, so he moved to a different Tree.

Twi was gettingw orried now, he looked around desperately, his rage making it hard for him to focus, and his blood leaving him weakening him considerably. more so because of his need for it.
"contrast. light and darkness do not blend, they oppose eachother. figures and images are revealed in teh contrast. without it nothing can be seen. everything has contrast." he used this spell to increase the contrast of his surroundings, to see clearly where Luciano was. he grinned when he spotted him, and aimed his gunblade at the elf's face. "got you." he whispered.
but then the sunlight reached up over the canopy and strted shining down on twilight's hand. he seethed and brought his burning flesh under his coat, then turned and ran, teleporting away to safety.
back in his mansion he laid on the floor bleeding and passed out. his weapons were dropped next to his hands, and he could stay consious no longer. his Slaves, Lauren and Ophelia, rushe dto his side in panic, and tended to him. they were both catgirls, and vampires as well.

(Yea! I'm back and where is Luciano and Twi. you guys teleported somewhere right?)
After standing up her bike she gave a herself a minute to process all she did know so to give Ryn and full comprehension of the situation. What made her realize is that she didn't no much at all.
She leaned on the bike and gave a rather large exhale as she begun to tell the ninja elf all she knew.
Now that they were up to speed, Pen thought it best to head to HQ, tell Skotti the news and maybe ask Waffle if she could tract the teleportion. Ryn had brought up that they teleported since there was no tracks.
Pen then asked Ryn to take her bike as she would get Luciano's car back to base. With his abilities of shifting through the dark the bike suited him right now.
I also may never get the chance to drive Luciano's car again.
They headed back to base and Pen had to admit Luciano's ride was smooth and was enjoying it. She also felt a little bad for sticking Ryn with her ride.

As Luciano was falling out of the tree his vision was getting dark, he heard a whisper "Trust in me. ." He closed his eyes.
Luciano woke up to find himself laying in the parking lot in front of the Guild building, it was in the night hours- He didn't know the time. He turned onto his side and he vomited blood, he tried to get up but he was too weak from the temporary use of Dark Matter and from blood loss. He was feeling cold and tears were welling up in his eyes, he layed down on his back again. He had lost his Rosary in the forest- he had just realized it. He closed his eyes again. He was too weak to move, "Hopefully. ." he said "someone will find me. . ." he coughed up more blood. He could already feel his face and his chest swell up from all of the bruising. He then became unconscience.

walking out of the building, mercutio sees luciano on the floor, luciano? he said helping him up, you allright?

Back in the shack Senkaru sat down...
"Well that was a waste of time..."
Senkaru looked at the bag that Shandi had sent to him, debating opening it or not.

 though he was stiff the next night, Twilight got dressed again and asked for Ophelia to give him one more drink of blood before he headed off to the woods. he had lost his cane after all, and more importantly, his friend's rosary. that needed to be remedied.
he searched half the night, and when he found everything, he teleported to Durem and walked around. he noticed something right away that frightened him -- the Bar had been burned down. was that the Kuro Gang? he questioned. he didn't want to find out. he crept through the streets, until he found Devin. they exchanged few words, but he told him to deliver the rosary to Luciano.

Luciano was held in the Infarmary, but he still didn't wake up. He had lost too much blood during the battle.

as Twilight dragged himself through the town back to the graveyard, he sighed. he looked up at the sky, full of smog that circled the tall gothic buildings. beautifull in it's own filthy way, teh stars never failed to shine through the smoke. he leaned against the wall of the clocktower, and sighed, sliding down till he was sitting. he pulled out his pack of Blacks and lit one.
"damnit..." he mumbled. "i lost control... i almost killed him..." he was talking to hmself, not just mumbling, but close to it. "but he tred to kill me.." he rationalized. "but he's your friend." his argument with himself went on and on, and he started to cry, though he remained calm. if it wern't for the tears rolling down his face one could swear he was just sitting, smoking and thinking.

Pen had gotten back with Ryn and headed off to Skotti's office. She ran straight into the boss's office without her usual respect she used with him. She was in a hurry and her out of breath yell showed her panic.
"Sir, we need to find Luciano!"
However it wasn't long before Mercutio came in with Luciano. Pen fell into a chair with relief and hung her head towards the floor. she was glad to find that Luciano was found. However disappointed she was useless when it came to helping him.
"Useless," she muttered under her breath.
