Opening the window deftly from the inside, Cat slipped into the dimly lit room, closed it after her, and then continued into the building proper on soundless feet. She knew EXACTLY where all the good stuff was, and she headed right for it, staying carefully out of sight whenever one of the security guards' flashlights panned down a hallway.

Reaper had finally made his way into the cracks of a vent and made his way inside the building. He weaved his way throughout the maze of tunnels, pausing only to look through the cracks to spy on the rooms. There were a lot of expensive things lying out, but nothing worth grabbing.
He pressed on, trying to find the man's private stash.

One unlocked door and two hacked vaults later, Cat was looking over Fisk's personal device cash. She could only assume that most of the things were supposed to still be in development, because she'd never seen anything like them before. Peeking at a small, matte-black box, she frowned. "What's this supposed to do?" she muttered to herself.

// Ah, poor Reaper's already lost. He's not accustomed to looting. //
After quite a few rooms, Reaper finally managed to find one that was dark and secured with a heavily bolted door. Looked like a promising spot. Seeping out of the air vent, the trickle of flames slid over to a dark corner of the room. Out of that dark corner stepped a dark cloak and a boney, skeletal frame. The skull face looked out from under the hood and scanned the room.
There didn't seem to be much to the room. Most there was in here was a large portrait of a woman with black hair hanging on the wall. He grimaced a bit. Well...didn't want to leave empty handed. Maybe it would be like one of those stupid old movies and there would be a safe behind the picture.
Carefully, and keeping to the shadows, Reaper made his way towards the portrait. He felt a bit of a breeze, and glanced over at an open window. He didn't think much of it though. He had permission to beat the near-life out of anyone he came across.
Approaching the large picture, he slid it to the side. Sure enough...there was a vault. Reaper grinned a bit, then placed his hand against the crease of the metal door. Flames spurt from the edges of his boney hand, and the metal became red. Almost glowing.
Walking down one of the halls, someone stopped in front of a securely locked door. Then began to open it.

After a few seconds of thought, Cat calmly started putting absolutely everything into her bag. "Waste not.." she purred quietly to herself. Besides, it wasn't like she was stealing from Mother Teresa; that was at least half of the appeal.

The lock melted, and Reaper easily pulled the small metal door open. Unfortunately, the contents inside didn't look very impressive. A stack of files, and a few diamond necklaces. He stared for a beat, then shrugged it off and grabbed the stack of files. He slid them into his cloak, then looked up to grab the necklaces.
Unfortunately, at about that time, the door behind him opened. Reaper whirled around and found two guards staring back at him, almost as stunned as he was. How did...he should have sensed their heart beats. Was he that into looking that he hadn't been paying attention. Now that he was though, he realized that he wasn't alone in the room. There was another one....in one of the dark corners of the ceiling. One of the Spiders? That would explain the window.
He didn't have much time to think about it. The guards drew their guns and aimed them at him. Reaper dove into his stream of flames and shot towards the two. One of them was so surprised that he dropped his gun. The other backed up out of the doorway and tried to head towards one of the alarms. Reaper reformed himself behind that man first. He placed a hand over the man's mouth and shoved him into the room, knocking the other man over.
With that, he spun back inside the room and closed the door behind him.

Cat, who had just been exiting Fisk's office (which was a little further down the hall) heard the door slam and immediately jumped up onto the ceiling, digging her claws into the material to keep herself in place. Doors slamming--never a good sign.
((oooh! What's in the files? biggrin ))

/// Haven't decided yet. Probably info on other organizations Fisk would have dug up or come in contact with. Something that a certain other thief would be interested in getting their hands on... ////
A muffled tussle seemed to dance back and forth inside the room. It lasted for the extent of two minutes, then became deathly quiet once more.
Having apparently heard the tussle, a man walked down the hallway and stopped near the door. His green and jagged yellow costume made it clear that he wasn't one of the normal guards.
Reaper stood leaning against a broken table inside the room, a small smile on his face. The two men sat crumpled in the corner of the room away from the vault. Blood sprayed across the walls thanks to a broken nose or tooth after a crack over the face, but that was the dirtiest he had gotten. He wasn't quite used to 'not killing' people, so he didn't want to go too far with playing. He wasn't sure how far he could go anymore. He honestly didn't remember.
With a sigh, he looked back up in the corner for whoever else had been in the room. They weren't there anymore. Cautiously, he turned to grab the necklaces and just get out of there.
They were gone. He stared for a moment, then turned to look about the room. Try to pinpoint the heartbeat again. It was....s**t.....behind him.

Cat delicately sniffed at the air, her eyes practically glowing in the dark, then flipped off the ceiling and started silently towards where Reaper--it had been him; she smelled it--was. There was someone else, though... Uncertain, she paused just out of sight to listen, her loot firmly tucked away in her pack. It wasn't as though Reaper couldn't take care of himself.

Two slender, black gloved hands slipped between Reaper's arms and crossed over his chest. On hand carefully sliding two clawed fingers into the edge of his cloak to try and hook the files he had hidden in there.
"And here I'd spent weeks trying to find the combination to that safe..." a voice purred behind him.
Reaper stared. Cat?
He felt the files tug their way out of place, and he took a rather large step forward and whirled around, out of arms reach from....Black Cat. Wait...wait, no. This was the other one he'd seen messing around with the younger spider. She had cat ears, goggles, and...erm... well it wasn't his Cat.
"Sorry. Not much patience for that." he replied. This felt like trouble. Time to leave. Without looking at her again, he turned towards the window.
Now it was closed.
Uncertain, Electro moved closer to the closed door.

"Well hello, Dylan," Cat purred, stepping around the corner and sauntering towards him on long, graceful legs. Hell, she was done; it was time to play. "It's been entirely too long. You know, Spider and I were just talking about you..." Someone was in the room with Reaper; she was sure of it. There was no way that she was getting a look if she couldn't get Electro to leave, though.

Sparks flickered from Max's hands briefly as he turned towards the voice. He smiled a bit when he seen who was walking down the hallway towards him. "Well. You're one I haven't seen in quite some time." he replied, turning towards her fully. He didn't hear anything else inside the room, so maybe it was really her shuffling around that he had heard.
"Bad luck?" Cat said with a grin.
"Not really." Reaper replied, glancing back at her. "I'll just leave the same way I got in."
The woman's smile grew. "Good luck with that." she replied.
Reaper looked at her a moment, then glanced up at the vent. Something goopy and pink was covering it now. He made a bit of a face at her. Alright...he'd been caught anyway, so....all bets were off right? He'd lost, he could use his powers now. Really felt like he was taking the easy way out with that though. Ugh.

She smirked at him. "Well, pleasantries aside, I feel like I should warn you: I planted a bomb in Mr. Fisk's private office. Nothing personal, you understand; I just have a client who wants some data destroyed. If you want to get the person who signs you checks out before it blows, you should get moving." There was, of course, no bomb at all, but her reputation for this kind of thing would probably be enough to get him moving. She came to a stop a little ways away from him and put a hand on her hip. "Consider the warning a professional courtesy."

Electro's smile disappeared. It was utterly possible that what she had just claimed was a lie. Just something to get him to leave. But with her...it was anyone's guess. He stared at her for a beat, then decided that it was best to be safe than sorry. There was only one other place for him to get work right now, and he personally did NOT want to work there. From what he'd heard there wasn't one Octavious, but two. No. Thanks.
"Alright. Then I guess I should let you know that you should get out of here as well. Lack of heroes, the boss has been able to hire a lot of help." With that, he turned and quickly went back down the hallway. Other than picking up some jewels or something, he didn't really see another reason for her to hang around here.
"....busting a window it is then." Reaper said simply. Turning, he started for the window.
The woman caught him by the arm and curled around him so that she was between him and the window. "Ah, ah....files first."
Reaper groaned. "Shouldn't you be somewhere else?"
"Nope." she replied, drawing closer to him. "I have business here. And now you have something I want." she continued, slowly sliding her hand back into his cloak.
Reaper took quite a few steps back this time.
Cat grinned and closed the distance. Getting even closer this time.
"If I give you half, will you leave?" Reaper growled, stepping back as far as he could until he felt his back hit the wall.
Cat closed the distance and made sure she placed herself so that he couldn't slip away without turning into that stream of flames. "No. I want it all."

Grinning like a... well... cat, Cat calmly kicked the door in. "You know, for a wicked fiendish creature of the black abyss, you sure need to be rescued a lot." Then she saw who Reaper was talking to, and blinked. Then she covered her mouth as a strangled little laugh bubbled up in her throat. "Oh." That was... her. "...Nice... goggles." Laughing green eyes flicked to Reaper, who looked somewhere between very uncomfortable and deeply annoyed. "...I am so very sorry; I didn't mean to-" She bit back another burst of laughter. "... Interrupt anything."
