Jad's wrist comm began to blink red. Jad looked at it, eyes wide.
"No... No no no no... NO!" He sprinted down the hall to the bridge, "Everyone! grab some guns, screw the planetary law! We've got Agronian Raiders!"
He ran into the room, nearly toppling Len.
"What?! you've got to be kidding!" Dr. Len exclaimed.
"Fraid not. Agronian warships mask their signature. they're shown as unidentifiables on Empire tech and anything like it..."
Rin's eyes blinked orange, the massive metal beam she was carrying dropped. "I will protect Dr. Len, and anyone in this room"
Dr. Len smiled nervously, "Unnecessary Rin, I'm sure that they'll ignore a damaged ship like this..."
Jad laughed mockingly, "The first thing they go for is the weaker ships. and the bigger... the better... this baby's hurt. Bad. We're gonna be swarmed."
(I apologize for giving you all headaches. In apology, I identify the aliens as armor-covered reptilian creatures with a penchant for bloodthirst and cruelty. They also take no prisoners...)

He IDs them " all hands fire TO HELL WITH THEM ALL!!!!!!!!!!" he began every cannon in his arsenal "GRAAA!!!!!!"

Jad was out to his ship in an instant, removing one of the ship's guns to make an obscenely large cannon.
"You damn lizards killed my people! You deserve nothing more than the fires of the Inferno!" Jad punctuated his remark with a blast of destructive energy at the nearest ship, which exploded at the Pyresian attack slid through. Jad backed away a bit, "Oh, right... that was why they killed us with a virus..."
Two warships began to focus their fire on Jad, who chose to duck into his ship's shield instead of holding his ground.
The angular landing craft of the raiders shot down from the ship, crashing to the ground. They then opened their doors, revealing many Agronian troops, standing about 8 feet tall with hunched bodies, glowing yellow eyes, animal-like legs, and auto-firing ballistic weapons with blades dripping with purple steaming liquid. They aimed their unusual firearms at Iron, firing armor-piecing rounds coated in neurotoxin.
But what was even more of a fright was the ornate black gothic-style starcruiser which floated in behind the fleet, covered in a sphere of a dark energy forcefield, a stark contrast to the all-weapons angular rust-colored Agronian ships. This black starcruiser launched a wave of it's own fighters, black gem-like machines with predatory sweeping wings. they flew in on an attack run on the Dark Eagle and Iron, black beams of energy raking the ground.
Jad fell back on the ground and checked his comm, "Iron! If you can hear me, the black ship is not Agronian! it's one of their allies. It's a Dark One cruiser. not much offense, but high defense. The commanders are usually inside those!"
(aren't they fun? Yay armored lizard stereotype aliens!
Also, Hiddochi, you should look into Project "P" and try to find out about "O" The former for a material to make your 'droids tougher, and the latter for a secret of epic proportions...
And the Dark Ones... another race of my creation... they have a dark and terrible secret... revealed later!)

before the toxin took effect he destroyed the black ship with a Giga ionic cannon then he shoots a missile that blows almost all of the troops away.

Suddenly a cannon situated on top of a large tower in the distance shot out a high powered plasma beam which disintegrated the remaining enemy ships. Then loud sirens could be heard in the distance and hovering cruisers sped into the station and surrounded the ship. One of the leaders, a tall, built alien dressed in riot gear grabbed a microphone.
"Attention! Drop your weapons immediately! You have broken the spatial law 0042T whereas NO weapons of war are allowed to be fired on Eros! The attacking space ships have also been destroyed for disobeying this law. And with permission from the Eros governement, I hereby must exile you from Eros! Your weapons and ships will be confiscated until you sign a 'starship release' form and a 'weapons release' form and your requests are approved by the king."
Every alien who surrounded the atation had thier weapons drawn and aimed at the crew. Nina sighed, dropping what she was doing and walked out into the open with her hands in the air. EVERYONE on site was arrested, brought to a patrol vehicle and taken away. When they were let out, they were on a new planet, the one right beside Eros, with no weapons and no ships.
[That's what you get for breaking the law ._.]

"Hey!" Jad protested to the police, "My weapons are strictly defensive. They fit with all the parameters of defensive weaponry. In fact, had the enemy ship had better armor, liker an imperial, it would have been disabled, not destroyed.
Also, I am entitled to release due to intergalactic law #0034A. Diplomatic immunity. I am the leader of a republic, and thus, cannot be arrested. My ship is also subject to this law, and cannot therefore be taken unless in an act of war. This conflicts with planetary law #0012T of Eros, in that you will only engage in self-defense, never war. By taking me, you will have to be arrested yourselves by breaking the law, and I am able to sue under unlawful conduct."
Jad smiled, "and if you don't believe me, look up the laws yourself. I memorized them. If you continue to attempt to arrest me, I am allowed, by law, to attack you lethally in self defense. This is in accordance to code. Technically, I have broken no laws whatsoever.
I would also like to point out that only Iron there is subject to these laws, as Dr. Len and Damien are unarmed civilians, Rin, Steve, Matt, Kyxal, and Kyonn, while either armed or mechanical, never took part in the battle, and were onboard the wrecked ship, repairing it, Jesian is a doctor, and was also unarmed, Blake and his two gelatinous aliens were in the sick bay of the ship, and are discounted as civilians or patients, and cannot be arrested, Captain Nina is obviously unarmed, and injured, and is therefore a victim of the conflict. She in fact is required COMPENSATION for damage done to her ship and herself. Now, is there anyone I forgot to mention? Because by your own laws, everyone here but Iron cannot be arrested, unless you count a drastic malfunction of Blake's starship an act of war? You shouldn't. That's an insurance problem, as he collided with Nina's stationary ship. She's already billed him the damage.
I would also like to state that the alien aggressors attacked the Atlantis first, and as I've hired the crew as temporary staff for the Galactic Reclamation Company, they are my assets now, I however, did not hire Iron, so therefore, all these people you've arrested are innocent, and you are required, by law, to pay both me and captain Nina for damages. As the Atlantis is Corperate property, as well as Blake's... ship... they cannot be seized, as neither is owned nor operated by Iron Blood.
This is of course, if the members of this group do not deny my hiring them. If they do, you may process them to the utmost extent of the law. Does anyone deny being in service of me? except, of course you Iron... I never hired you..."
(Diplomatic immunity! Ha! And memorization of laws is easy... he had taken 1000 years to get it all right. Unfortunately, this means Iron is the only one who can really get arrested.... It also makes Jad one hell of a lawyer... also, I do believe that was godmodding...
Geez... this took me a bit to think up. To anyone who reads this, I salute you!
To make a long story short, Jad is trying to save your hides using the legal process of Eros. Unfortunately, he's also a bit of a jerk, not claiming ANY actions of Iron Blood.)

[1. Of course it was god-modding. But it's my RP and I'll do what I want.
2. How can you say that a ship can not be taken unless in an act of war? They are not keeping it. And this wasn't an act of war. It WAS an act of self-defense. They were protecting thier planet and I told everyone the consequences when we first got to Eros if the laws were broken.
With your logic in mind, police who arrest a man who waves around a gun in public, and confiscate his car because it's evidence, are also subject to arrest themselves for doing their jobs?
3. I don't belive there would ever be such a law that would allow Jad to "attack lethally". If a politian is pulled over for drunk driving, because of "diplomatic immunity" and the police attempt to arrest him... he's allowed to KILL the police and that's perfectly ok?
I can change what I said earlier. I just want it quiet clear the rules of Eros. Not to mention, that all weapons systems are disabled while on this planet, so I don't know how the enemies attacked in the first place. And I think some of your "laws" are nonsense.]
