Kazuma causght the water ballon "Well I want to learn a normal rasengan first if you wouldn't mind and no i don't know any water jutsu my elements are earth and wind but you know the gobi can use the elements and all" he said smiling.

((Bambi already told you this. You can only use the elements when you are using the demon itself man. You cant use all of them in his current state.))

Kazuma looked around knowing he would have to yous his demon for at least one tail to learn water justu, he took a gulp of air and let his demon take over. The change was fast and a blue tail started to form and he had chakra ears like a dog, yet he could still make a choice but he quickly sealed it back in "Hero-Sama can me just learn wind or toad jutsu..........." then he remembered and quickly summoned a toad that knew what he wanted and left immediatley.

((Well really he can because naruto was a gennin when he learned it and since irish is one rank higher and his demon is the 3rd strongest I think he can))
Hero smiled "Well lets see if you can save tai first" Hero kicked the body of the docks then made the water pull it under "NOw for the finish off" Hero performed a set of hand signs "Five eating sharks jutsu"

Once again, Tai would be completely unaware of what is happening around himself, due to the weird coma-like state he was in. Not even the water entering his lungs seemed to jolt him awake, meaning that he would certainly die if SOMEONE didnt hurry up and save his a** from the apparently crazy Hero.
((I thought you couldnt learn jutsu if you didnt have the element though...someone needs to change that rule right now. If it is worded that way atleast...or thats how it was worded to me when I asked.))

Hero looked a Kazuma not doing anything so he froze 1 feet under the water so it would be even harder for kazuma to save tai
