What happens is, they put you under. After they knock you out, its seems like one second, then you wake up in your recovery room. There is nothing to fear.

Katie! KATIE!! Calm down, woman. It's all right... Now the knee scoping procedure doesn't require stitches and they'll knock you out. Three little holes in your knee and a bunch of pain pills will make it endurable. Try not to work yourself up too much, it's really not that bad. You'll make it worse by stressing out so much. What you need to do it stay calm, try not to think about it so much, and keep up on the meds they give you after the surgery. Seriously, Katie, it won't be that bad. Your knee will be a bit sore and stiff but it will heal up quickly.

Yeah, they are just probably fixing your cartilage. Or, maybe you tore something, I don't know.

If they knick an artery, you'd be fine. They could just stop it easily, I mean, you're in a hospital. Second, its really hard to mess up such a simple thing as a knee scoping.

I give up. You obviously just want attention, because you aren't accepting our help.

*rolls eyes* Truffle, be helpful until the problem is resolved for once? Tell her that AFTER the surgery...I wonder if the surgery is done already?
