kokiou stood up. "i dont know what to do about this.." she gave a sweet smile, "sorry..." she then walked over to her pouch and pulled out a pot, some silver wear, bowls, some chicken, carrots garlic and other secnings. kokiou then began cooking.

Sunahr laughed loudly."Pitiful worm? Word choice makes all the difference in life, boy." With this he sent a bolt of concentrated earth toward the boy, kind of like a sandstorm. Claes liked the smell of cooking food, but his 'trip' down the river had kind of taken away his sence of smell. He simply laid back, then said,"It's been in my family for generations, that shield. My father told me to never let go of it, because it meant importance for the world, or something. But my father plotted against the great king Sunahr, so I-... er... someone turned him in." He stuttered at the end rather clumsily. (Anyone know why beecher barely posts? )

kokiou nodded. "well that sheild seems to have ancient writing on it.." (?) she stured the stew a couple more time before grabbing the bowls and sivler wear to serve. she then poared a powder in Claes bowl. "here you go." she said scooting the bowl over to him. "that fall took you pretty hard, this should make you better... and if it doesnt work then well..." she gave a cocky smile. "you'll have boundless strangth or enrgy..." kokiou gave koru a bowl then grabbed her own to eat. "hope you like it..."

Claes accepted the soup, thanked Kokiou, then looked at the silverware. He then proceeded to greedily eat every bite of soup. This satisfied him, then he thanked her again. His now full stomach made him sleepy, so he decided to go to bed."I'm gonna hit the sack. Night." He said.

Phoenix nodded to Andrec and knelt in front of him. "Get on my friend! Let's go save the world!"
Bane sensed the archer behind him and turned to look at him. "I hope you were not planning on trying to kill me?" He looked at the boy. "We could help each other you know. I could help you get the gift of immortality. How does that sound?"

as kokiou gad difted off to sleep koru became rather restless, he chased leaves blowing across the groundand he even caught a few mice, but he was still uterly bored. so he wondered off.

Sortai looked up at the dragon. Eternal life...? He lowered his sword and moved closer to Bane."Immortality?" He said, looking into his eyes. Sortai was not too young to corrupt. Outren raised his bow higher."NO SORTAI! HE'S LYING!". He pulled tight the string. Sunahrs face twisted from smile to frown. He raised his hand, and a white tendril erupted under Mathias. "Meet a true maggot boy. This is a demon spawn, a Fl'gotri. You're the energy it needs to mature into an adult. Say hello, Fl'gotri." With a sickening sound the worm, 20 feet long, pulled itself out of the soil. Sickeningly white and slimy, it began latching tenticles onto Mathias, pulling him closer as Sunahr laughed.

"Sortai you idiot!" Teka jerked Sortai back and put himself between Sortai and the dragon, "Are you blind?! You were about to give this thing a free meal!" Mathias slipped his dagger from his gauntlet and tore away the tentacles that had been attached to him. Once free, he placed the dagger back in his gauntlet and raised him sword, studying the beast that threatened his life.
