"I'm Leaving!" Lynn shouted to no one in particular from the front door. She slammed it as she stepped outside and into the cold air. She ad her knife in her hand this time, and got home at a brisk jog with seat on her forehead. The door was locked, and she forgot to bring her key with her to the festival. She pounded on the door until a groggy housekeeper came to open it. Lynn stepped in from the drizzle that had started somewhere during her walk home. Her dress was soaked and ripped and bloodstained, so obviously the housekeeper was just a little curious about what had went on while her mistress was gone. "Wha-what happened, mistress?" She asked in an overly loud manner for ten at night. "Well, lets see. First, I passed out for a good half hour. Second, I had an awesome performance, Next was the kidnapping... I was rescued by some friends and a nice woman. Then I hung around at my friend's place, and now I'm here," Lynn said, and that led to a bewildered housekeeper and the waking up of Lynn's three other housekeepers and her single cook. By ten thirty, Lynn was exhausted and headed up to her room on the third floor. She collapsed onto her bed, but was spurred into movement by whimpering from Mike's dog, which she had locked up in a cat carrier before leaving two hours earlier. "Oh, how you doing, little guy?" She said as she unlocked the cage. The dog licked her face thankfully and jumped into her lap. "What happened to your master earlier, hmm? First he leaves you here, and then he ignores me in the crowd." Lynn said as she stroked his head, "Here," She stood, letting the dog off her lap first, and then grabbed a few magazines from a table she had in her room. She put them down as a place for the dog to do his business and then grabbed a few extra pillows and blankets she had from her walk in closet and put them down for a place for the dog to sleep. She also grabbed a pack of Oreo cookies and carrots out from her mini-fridge along with a half gallon carton of milk. She had a bowl in hand and gave the dog some milk and carrots that went on a separate plate. The dog ate gratefully and went to sleep after wards. Lynn did the same except with a glass of milk and a few of the cookies. The light went off with a snap and her entire house seemed to settle in with the darkness happily.

At long last Merediana found she was passing the quaint houses of mortals who live in the suburbs of Hardern. Electric street lamps lit her way down the deserted black streets. The place seemed alien; strange after spending so many years in that unchanging shrine. Merediana barely glanced at the tiny dwellings she passed. Ahead of her lay larger, grander, houses in greater numbers. She felt drawn that way.

((Ahh! You all seem to post whilst I'm asleep biggrin Since it appears there's been a timeskip, I'm gonna go along with it.))
The morning light filtered through the blinds of the house, spilling like liquid onto the patterned tiles of the kitchen. Kyfen giggled, burped, then giggled again. "That was some goood chocolate." Licking his chocolate covered lips, he got up slowly, the sugar rush causing him to stagger about, until he fell over. Kyfen grinned again. He hadn't realised it, but last night he had technically eaten enough chocolate to kill a small dog. Not that Kyfen was a small dog, of course. He didn't feel tired, though he had stayed up all night. Rather, he felt heavy with the weight of all those sweets in his stomach. "Wheere's Matt, Dad? Should we give 'im some choc'late too?" Walking over to the sink, he poured himself a glass of water and drank it, waking himself up. My first day in my new home!He thought, excitedly. So excitedly, in fact, he ended up running around the house, screaming very quietly, so as not to awaken any of those sleeping inside or out.

"Well, you seem to be hyperactive today. Have you ever told your father that you're allergic to sugar?" Cyrea caught the boy by the forehead with her palm, as he ran straight into it. Her voice, too, was quiet, seeing as she didn't know how many people might live here. Oh, wait, yes she did.
"Anyway, tell him that I'm headed out for a few hours to stroll. Since I plan on hanging around here in Harden for a while, I may as well learn the streets, eh?" Cyrea smiled. "See ya." And, with hands in her pockets, she left the house to roam the streets as she had said.
Outside in the streets, Cyrea resisted the temptation to wave her arm and silence the mortals. Forever. Mostly the men who were out at the time would come up to her and ask her out or hit on her at some point. The fact that she turned them all down should be enough to tell them that her cover was that of either a slut or a b***h. She herself couldn't quite tell yet.
At least none of them were too persistent. The worst she had needed to do was slap one in the face and punch him in the gut.

Matt looked up at Yata a stupid grin on his face, "I'm surprized yata, I thought you were much more observent...You didn't even noticed all the bodies..."
((And now for the time skin....))
Matthew awakend to a blinding light, and also a sharp pain going through his leg. "Kyfen, I'm right here, I had some as well.....You were asleep...And that was my LEG you tripped over.."

Well. This was new. Not to mention uncomfortable. Somehow, between midnight and morning, Merediana had found herself a nice soft tree. She had climbed rather high and was lucky she hadn't fallen out. Of course, Merediana knew it was her grace and delicacy that had kept her from falling. Right. Well now what? She thought.

Lynn woke to the barking of Mike's dog. She sat up and looked out the window. Another bright, sunny day that would be hot as hell. She sighed and got out from under the covers, picking up the dog as she walked towards the door. The hallway was cold and Lynn shivered as she hurried toward the stairs. Upon reaching the kitchen, which had tiled floor, Lynn slid into a seat at the table, putting the dog on the floor at her feet. With the dog licking playfully at her toes, and chocolate chip waffles being made, Lynn was content. "So," Lynn said, taking a bit of waffle, "Where's Mom?" She swallowed and looked at the cook, who was at the sink washing the waffle iron. ((Is that what it's called?... i forgot D: )) "You mean Mrs. Getrah? She's already left for work and your Father hasn't come back from India. Sorry, sweetie. You'll have to be happy with me and your maids," The cook said with a clear British accent. "Yea, I was just curious," Lynn said, starting on her second waffle, "You have a deck of cards with you?" "Always, Lynn," The cook was the only one who dared to call he by her first name, mainly because he was an immortal too. He took a deck of cards from his pocket and placed them on the table after shuffling them, "cut it?" "Mmm," Lynn said as she put down her fork and split the deck in nothing near halves, "deal for speed." Lynn smiled and pushed her nearly empty plate to the side of the table and readied herself for a game of cards with her cook.

The phone was ringing. With a groan, Vanessa rolled off the couch, and answered it. But whoever it was had hung up. With a sigh, she headed back to the couch, and collapsed. How did I get back here? Oh, yeah. After we rescued Lynn, I came home...and fell asleep. I need more of it. With that, she rolled over, and fell back asleep.

Kyfen watched Cyrea leave, slightly concerned, and a little sad she couldn't stay for longer. Heading downstairs, he fell over on his face, earning a sharp remark from Matt and a more comforting one from Yata. "Dead bodies?" He murmured, still flat on the floor. "What are you doing with those, Matt? Don't they smell a bit?" He didn't remember any bodies in Matts basement, but then again he didn't remember much about the 'chocolate coma' at all.
