Jigantro smiled at her defense, he added onto her statement, "So you believe me that this conflict is pointless. Remember, though, that this conflict is between the hunters and the vampires. This has nothing to do with humans as a whole. Right now, this conflict is just in this city, but it will spread under certain circumstances. Will you be able to handle that? Do you think you can protect the entire world if this gets out of hand?"

Iana was taken back by Jigantro's statement and following inquiry. She gazed downward. Did he really believe that this wouldn't affect the humans ultimately? That wasn't something she couldn't believe. Bystanders, innocents, always got hurt in pointless conflicts. That was a fact she couldn't turn her back on. What if this conflict spanned farther? Wasn't that why all the hunters were meeting later to prevent?
Iana slowly found a response, "I don't commit to something I'm going to back out of."

"So what you're saying is that, even knowing that the strain might kill you, you will try to shield humans from this war, at least that is what it sounds like to me." It wasn't a complete statement, more of a judge which Jigantro still thought through. "I still don't understand you, witch. Be forward with what you mean."

Iana smirked. Maybe it was best that he didn't understand her. Did she really owe him an explanation. With a drawn out sigh she continued her trek to her apartment. "I think it's time to get out of the rain," she stated. "I'm going home. You may come if you wish, but I can't promise to be the best of company," she wasn't sure why she had invited him. She really wasn't sure if she could trust him, but for some reason she really didn't care. It was easy to blame her odd change of mood on the continuous interrogation.

The rain didn't bother Jigantro, nor that Iana was leaving, what really surprised him was Iana's invitation. The only time he had been in Iana's apartment was when he actually had to prove his trustworthy. Now he just had to follow her. "Alright, I guess this rain isn't really keeping you healthy." He shrugged, "I'll come."

Yuuki tried to guess Doronel`s reaction after showing him her mother's old necklace. It was her last stand. She knew very well the history of her grandfather in backing away from direct conflicts, but even if she didn't manage to get anything out of him, with both her parents gone she at least wanted to tell her last remaining relative about herself before she went off to whatever was going to happen in the near future.
She happily noted the shock and surprise written on his face before they quickly disappeared, replaced by a calm, resolved face. And to say Yuuki was disappointed by his next words were an understatment, did he not have anything to say to his grand-daughter besides asking of her hunteer activities. A frown appeared slowly on her face, and she put the necklace around her neck once more, except this time leaving it outside of her clothes for all to see. She gave a small sigh.
"We're going to have a large hunter's gathering tomorrow, downtown at the stadium. Destiny and I thought that with the vampires gathering as they are, it was probably time for the hunter's to gather too, to at least be told what's going on and what they might have to be prepared for. I don't like leaving anyone in the dark." it was then her expression turned towards sadness. "You might recall mother dieing about 8 years ago. My mother and father as well as Destiny's parents worked together rather closely within Lionheart, hence the reason I have known Destiny for a very long time. My mother went out on a standard patrol one night when she was attacked. By what I was told, she never saw him coming, he was too fast..." Yuuki closed her eyes for a moment, continuing "It was then when Destiny's own parents became involved, leading to their own deaths as well. After that, Father went almost mad with grief, and I moved in with Dest to give him some privacy at the time. I imagine he probably came to you sometime during that time, I still remmeber that he couldn't get many words out in the beginning before crying. He himself poured himself into hunting after that, for revenge I suppose, and faced the same fate as mother. Though he took many many leeches with him. It is a sad story, but common within our world. MOther gave me her necklace on my birthday before she died, passing it on to me as a sort of family heirloom. I treasure it always."
However, Yuuki took the hint to leave, and turned towards the door. She looked back at him before opening the door. "Will you at least come to the meeting tomorrow? To at least see what's going to happen, and make your decision there?"

Luckily the library wasn't far from where she lived and Iana could see the entrance to her home after a few more minutes of walking. Enter the building, dug in her pocket for her keys and muttered the incantation that held in the deadbolt from within. Once inside she muttered a charm she knew quite well, and within seconds with a rush of warm air she was dry. She looked back to her guest as if asking if he would like to be dry as well. Iana had learned long ago that you never use magic on conscious individual without consent.

Jigantro followed Iana into the apartment. He saw her dry herself with magic and then turn to him, "Alright, nothing else though. I've had enough of that." He was referring to magic in general, but didn't care if she interpreted it otherwise. He was glad to be out of the rain, though.

((looks like it will have to be me that gets this up and going again!! Mwhahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahah))
Memories flooded Tramer’s mind as he walked down the darkened street, memories that had accrued centers ago mixed almost flawlessly with memories from only a few hours before. He headed toward the vampires HQ not even shore of what he was doing, when he was a hunter he never questioned his actions, as a vampire up till now the same had applied…
Yet here he was standing in front the entrance of the vampires HQ, a place he had been hundreds of time, conflicted on what he was suppose to do.
Entering the complex Tramer made his way into its depths, no one looked at him any differently than usual, he was Tramer, secant in command only to Constance, yet as he made way do Constance’s room he could not help but wonder how these same people would look at his after he left this complex.
“SIR!!” a guard stationed in front of Constance’s room said as he stoped Tramer, “Constance is out at the moment, no one is aloud into her study” he guard continued.
“WHAT! Im sorry I didn’t hear you correctly, did you just tell me what I can and cant do?!” Tramer said getting right into the vampires face, “if you did I might have a problem with that…so what was it you said to me?”
“umm…Constance…is away…” the guard mumbled.
“thank you for informing me of that” Tramer interrupted before pushing him aside and entering the room. It only took Tramer a few minuets to find the pages he had just given to Constance, thou it took a considerably longer time to locate the journal. After finding it he started to casually make his way out of the complex, only able to hope Constance would not return before he had made it out.

Desitny stood in front of the mirror in nothing but an over sized t-shirt and just stared at her reflection. Her head hurt with all the mixed thoughts and emotions courseing through her at the moment. What had she done? She knew that she had wanted what happened only and hour before and now she stood doubting herself. She she thrown out everything that she had grown up to do, her belifes, her purpose. As she stood there her eyes unblinking the purple depths started to blur with tears. What was she thinking? That she could have a happily ever after with him. Him that she was raised to kill. One she could never have a family with. She had been stupid. As tears rolled down her cheeks she turned with a bitter additude from the mirror to lay down on the bed.

Iana shot Jigantro a wry smile before reciting the charm once more, this time directing it to his person instead of her own. She then went to her tiny living room and placed her satchel of books on the coffee table before leaving the room. Out of habit she headed straight for her kitchen, filled the kettle, and placed it on the warming stove top. Then she readied her favorite mug placing a soothing jasmine green tea bag inside. Before reaching for another mug the young witch paused in thought, then turned her head asking in a slightly raised tone, "I don't suppose you drink tea?"
