NOOO!
The Hokage cant leave!God...I made a jounin in Konoha to help with the revival mission,and now Icheti might be leaving.I guess if there is real life problems you have to deal with them....But its not so hard to jump on the computer for a moment and say "sry,rly lfe prblms,bai!"

rachel...they are just demoted not banned...<.< and the point of the thread is to hurt them for things they did wrong such as being inactive. Not just 'following the crowd' >.>'
....wow...so many bad words. God, since I already started on helping with the cleaning of Konoha, should I just take it until someone better comes along? I'm definitly active enough for it and I could bring a lot of activity to it...It's only if it's wanted of course ^_^'
Icheti if you haven't left the guild already and you are serious about leaving, just ask and I'll demote or ban or whatever.... nvm he's already quit the guild <.<

Son of a b***h...when did talks even happen about demoting people? If this was gonna happen it would ahve been nice for it to have happened IN THE CREW THREAD and not just among you higher ups. damn, this bites...and no one seems to even care that he left or why he left. You just keep posting on like nothing happened.

I'm sorry if I sound rude for saying this, but unless you can devote more of your time than one weekend every once in a while you shouldn't be in a crew position.
I feel bad for your life problems, but the guild does need active crew. And the guild deserves explanations if you can't be at least somewhat active in a crew position.
And Carlos, it says on the first post of this thread that the crew members will be demoted if they can't state their case. sweatdrop >> I was under the impression that it was common knowledge.

Look here damn it! This is to keep the crew at there best, don't hurt and heal us cause we are fluffy or we need the points. Hurt us cause we didn't help you, or we didn't do our jobs, heal us because of what we do for the guild. For that I request we restart the scores for all crew.

(Saying my reason because I actually HAD one) He wasn't active in the crew thread. That was the reason I hurt him, nothing more. He's said he was planning on leaving the guild before didn't he? I had to get him to stay that time @_@ I was just sick of trying to get people to stay and try again. Seriously I'm tired of trying to help people who keep saying it. If they want to then let them. He may have been active in Iwa, but the effects of him being in Konoha should still be evident. Say, posting in the OOC thread there to tell people hi every now and then? To let them know he isn't dead. To restart the game would just be dumb at this point. I think everyone gets what they've done and what they need to do. Just keep it as is and do things the way they should be done.
And I don't hate him, he knows it. I don't like him much, but I don't hate him. To hate another crew member would just be stupid and it would get in the way of a lot of things. ^_^ I am smart in knowing who I should get along with and how to do it. If he is coming back he shouldn't have him crew position. Just in the fact he really hasn't done much...and the fact, as tennoseki said, he needs to spend more than one weekend for the guild. Especially since he's a kage and there are probably people waiting on him for info on konoha or something.

But... I would also like to point out that people in here, as Karite have stated, hurt and heal for the dumbest of reasons. **I could give examples, but you can see them for yourself on almost any page**
And why is it only that the Crew seems to get "punished". If demoted, we really can't participate in the Crew Section.
**And trust me, I'd be so far out in left field if that happened**
I just don't see why Crew need to be demoted for such stupid reasons like the one I gave. Points like that should be completely ignored, whether they are to hurt OR to heal.
AND, why are CREW the only ones that have consequences for reaching Zero? Simb, you say that they aren't banned, just demoted. You can't demote a member beyond being a Member. That's why I don't understand that the only people that need to really worry about this GAME, is people on the Crew.

You aren't auto-demoted from crew if you hit zero on this game, you get to state your case and explain why it was people were hurting you. For example: "Everyone killed me off cause Neko got on her ebil killing spree horse and drummed up a group of followers -_-'...."
Then your points will probably be reset cause the rest of the crew will probably go "Yeah, Neko's a bit of a tard really... sweatdrop -resets points for poor dead crew memeber-"
That's what happens, not "ZOMG he hit ZERO!!! -auto-demote-"
And Rachel I'm quite sure if some Member was causing enough trouble for everyone to hate them enough to kill them off (with reasons) that person would probably have been warned a few times already for pissing off other members and if he hit zero he'd probably get a ban for a few weeks or something =/
