Ryu noticed the tendrils, but instead of shooing them away, reached her hand out to them. They wrapped up her arm, cold shrinking...something. She wasn't sure. She pulled on them on a whim, and they broke.
Weird.
They continued waving around on her arm, sucking away her warmth. She got out of the car, and staring at the large purple bear thing, she remembered the one English sentance that she was completely smooth in. She could change one of the words to fit the sentance. "Oh my gawd, it's a giant bear! " She sighed heavily. Was she EVER going to learn proper English? She was 17, she should be able to do it, her older brothers had. She walked toward the bear, the silvery things still waving about like seaweed. She walked around the elephant sized thing, observing from every angle. ""
((Meh, WB. Just so you know, I may confuse people, but hey, that's middle school for you.))

(I'm confused, what black things? And are the tendrils in Ryu's head? I need a little bit of clarification before I type something.)

((I'd meant the invisible tendrils as some kind of info seeking things coming from Clara's character actually, maybe as something she was doing but was unaware of it. It seems as though she misread how I'd typed them I guess.. Sorry, thought itmight be kind of interesting to have us all develope something not so ordinary since we were basically in a diff plane than what we'd been in. Also, maybe we should start a new thread cause our SL has nothing to do with "The Girl You Forgot To Notice" lol))

(All that said, let's stop posting actions breifly and describe any abilities that may or may not have manifested since sliding into another world. I just want to know whats actually hapening and whats hapening in people's heads. While that's being done, lets decide wether or not to begin a new thread with a name that is more fitting to the type of game that this has become. I'm open to sugestions. It'll also attract more people, which could be good. I like meeting new people. sometimes. Until everyone has posted any changes to their characters, no more actions. If thier is no visual change, post any new manerisms picked up. Don't say any change that other characters just can't possibly know. i.e. don't say you can blow up teddy bears with your mind. How on earth would we know that about you? So on and so forth. Hopefully we'll pick it back up by monday)

There is no visible change with Fiasco, minus the injury to his shoulder wrapped in whats left of an old t-shirt.

A dark red mark showed where the silver tendrils had burned into her skin, and a ridge raised up to her shoulder, but that was hidden by her long black sleeve on her roll-neck shirt.

((A roll-neck shirt is a turtleneck. She's wearing that and dark green cargo pants. And an old dark blue baseball cap.))

((I like it...though people might think it was a strict Alice in Wonderland type of thing...but then that's their fault. Lol. Um, it really does have a lot to do with this RP, so I think it's a good title. *nod*))

(I like Child of Dreams, but thats a Batman comic. Curse you Kia Asimya and your brilliant titles. Through the Rabbit Hole seems a little cliche, and possibly done to death. Nothing against it though, it is to the point.Paint the Roses Red isn't too obscure, but I don't know. Dreams of Nightmares has an ironic feel to it, but it doesn't scream "join me" or seem as iconic as the Rabbit Hole. I'm trying to think of something that conveys that the world we are in is populated by the nightmares of the Red Queen. I'll concede that Through the Rabbit Hole is the best so far.)
