Iri's eyes perceptively widen. She likes her hands. In fact, she likes her hands a lot. She really doesn't want to lose part of either one of them. So it's with the greatest caution and concentration that Iri slowly backs away from her tiny bomb.
She never looks away from the tiny sphere, but when she's about five feet away from the bomb Iri asks Nyl, "What now?"

Nyl grinned again. "Now, you set it off." She, too, had backed away a respectable distance, because she could remember her own first attempts at this. She had a few hints for Iri, but it would be something better learned if she tried once herself, first.

"Set if off!?" Iri almost looks in Nyl's direction. Instead, she settles for knitting her brow in a clearly worried manner. "I don't know if you remember this Nyl, it has been a long time since we've spoken, but not once did you mention how this thing is supposed to go off."
Despite her misgivings toward Nyl's command, Iri is already trying to figure this one out. Should the chakra expand at a rapid rate while the air is made to stay in its current state? That could create a lot more pressure, maybe enough pressure for an explosion. Or should she release her concentration on the ball all at once? The release would probably have a much different effect than her usual process of slowly expanding and dissipating the sphere. There are probably other methods to be considered, too...
"I mean, I'm sure I could figure it out, but I would prefer caution over curiousity with this one."

Ishiras eyes opened lightly and she noticed she was no longer outside but spread out on the bed. It was a lot warmer, more comfortable. A light smile spread across her face before she twisted her body around and onto her side. The bells made a small sound before she touched them, drowning out the little bit of sound there was. Seeing Tutsumi laying beside her made her smile grow and she closed her eyes lightly. Everything seemed alright now, and she felt at ease.

She did have to think about it for a few moments. Doing it now was almost instinctive, it was hard to recall any kind of process for making something explode.
"Well, there's a reason I tend to snap my fingers when I want them to go off," she settled on, making the motion again in demonstration. "It'd be a real pain to have to hold your concentration on a dozen or so of these and fight at the same time, and we'll work on placing them without needing so much focus later. Right now, though, think of it as...a little spark, so to speak, of released pressure that sets the whole thing off."

Seph grumbled a bit as he stepped out of the Ho Dojo, tossing an ink-less pen behind him, into one of the coal pits, where it would melt. As soon as he crossed the threshold into the main room, the torches inside went out. He smiled when he felt two other signatures nearby, and made his way outside to meet Iri and Nyl.

A spark of released pressure? The spark would have to be in the center of this particular bomb, or it would expand in one direction instead of in a sphere. So...
Iri thinks of the center of the ball, a core of condensed chakra. Mentally crossing her fingers, and unfurling her wings in case she has to do some quick defense, she releases her concentration on the core of the chakra. Surely it would expand from there, though Iri certainly doesn't know exactly what it would do.

Because the moment before it happened, Nyl knew what was going to become of that ball of condensed air. It shot for the doors, the initial burst just slightly off-center, but with its size and concentration it would probably go right through them.

Seph froze as he was reaching for the door handle, and braced himself for some kind of impact.

Mai came out of the woods and then soon found Seph and she smiled. She still didn't seem her regular self without her demon there, but it was getting slightly better.
"Sensei!" She yelled to him to grab his attention.

Iri watches the air shoot off toward the doors, afraid for the saftey of whoever might be in the room behind them, but helpless to do much else. "Oh sh**!"
Me thinks I should stay away from anything that resembles a damn bomb!

-=Kakuro sat in a silent room of the main dojo,...his legs crossed, chest bare, he sat quietly, meditating....Just beside him was the shirt Tutsumi had given him, to seal his power....But he had never donned it....and he no plans to....He needed to understand the power that was inside him, not hide from it....
A lot had happened since his outbreak......but he had taken no part in any of it.....instead he had chosen to seclude himself, giving him time to think......He had finally found Sephiroth,....but from his actions the other day, who knew what the man thought of him.....despite that, he knew Seph was the one person who could teach him to properly harness his power.....
With that thought, Kakuro's eyes opened and he sighed heavily....Then in one quick movement, he was on his feet....He scooped up the shirt, and left the room.....It was time to get back on track, but this time he was doing things the right way.....
He walked quietly through the dojo,....his mind on the prospect of his training,....but as he passed the kitchen, a familiar aura caught his attention....He stopped and peeked in,...and before him was Fen, sittin all alone, a solemn expression on her face......=-
"Fen,....are you alright??"
